First time going here so I'll give it another try. Over all, good place to **potentially get work done, with good space and natural light.
Major drawbacks: Flies everywhere. At least a dozen inside zooming around. I asked a regular and they said house flies are a consistent problem here. Will update at my next (hopefully fly-less) visit. It's pretty gross.
My food was overcooked. Coffee tasted burnt. Got eggs benedict with a side of potatoes and both were... Something? I'm not picky with food and ate what was possible anyway. but for y'all's reference i received a hard boiled egg w the benedict and the potato was either barely edible or hard enough to hammer the table. I know bc i hammered them on the table out of curiosity. Click clack click clack.
Most of the staff was professional except for one who made a comment that i was being passive aggressive for changing my tip amount. Super strange considering i changed my tip amount so it would be increased. Weird vibes all around for a first visit.
I'm hoping this was an "off" day. Anyway come here at your own expense or for your own leisure. Just don't say i...
Read moreWas in El Paso for business and me and a few colleagues tried this location. It was early, just before 8 am, and there was a short line (just keep that statement in youe head). Let's jump right into this review.
Pros Beautiful location. I was in awe of this coffee shop, the ambiance was serene and the coffee shop had asethically pleasing decor - seating and artwork.
Cons Service is slow. Extremely slow. Two employees present. One employee taking and making the orders. My colleagues and I were confused what the second employee was doing. It took 30 minutes to get five orders for different coffee drinks out to us.
Despite slow service, the coffees and pastry items were delicious. I'm not from El Pasos and I don't expect or hope to return. Just not the city for me, however, for the locals or tourists; I recommend you try this coffee spot. My colleagues and I could of just been there...
Read more2Ten continues to impress me with their excellent coffee and decadent food items. One of my favorite coffee shops in El Paso.
This 2Ten is very close to my home which is mot going to be good for my wallet. I came here with one of my roommates to see if their coffee was as good as the one near 150 sunset and it met my high expectations.
Atmosphere: is so much nicer than Hillside donuts was with nice longs tables to sit at instead of the heavy and awkward round ones.
Food: is always super fresh, having had the Bacon and Swiss Egg sandwich and The Colonel. Honestly anything with their tangy chipotle sauce is to die for!
Price: $$ is up there. It's really easy to spend $20 a person here with a drink and food item. As an example, their business nachos are $15 (it's a lot of food but holy cow that price is up there for a coffee shop).
Overall, highly recommend this place....
