Food is always great and full of flavor but this guy is the absolute worst as far as any kind of people skills or service period. Don't know his name and really don't want to, have been here on multiple occasions and when he "takes care of me" it is a downhill experience from the second I realize he is my server. If you ever walk into this location and see him, make an educated decision and order to go or just save your money and go elsewhere. Had 3 empty waters on my table for over 25 minutes as he walked by to not even care about asking if anything was ok or attempting to provide any kind of service, never pre bussed, had dirty plates all over the table. Had to ask for lemons multiple times and still didn't get them, never got paper towels/napkins, disappeared for who knows how long for who knows what. Didn't offer share plates when we were obviously sharing everything, didn't replace our utensils after taking the plates initially, forgot to ring in our appetizers. He was way more occupied replacing togo boxes when there were towers of them there obviously. I can go on and on and on and on, when asking for the check I was given a side eye and told I would be charged in the front. Never offered to go boxes which he knows alot about from what I gathered. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE. Management please reevaluate this person on multiple levels and consider your options, thank you in advance!!!

Came in for dinner when it wasn’t super busy, until I was leaving. The atmosphere is pretty chill and you get to choose your seating arrangements. The server was busy as it seemed it was just 2 for the dining area. Customer services was decent took my order and was unfortunately too busy to check back up, understandable. Luckily I’m not too messy so a single napkin was good enough, would have asked for more if I needed it. Ordered the Tan-Pan Karaage for an appetizer, they were super crunchy, which is cool but it was slightly over fried. Tasted a lot like the frying oil as they were mostly batter. It was served with a side of mayonnaise that helped with the fry oil taste. Most likely won’t order it again. Ordered the Black Garlic Oil Ramen as main entree, which was really good. The noodles and broth were good but I loved the pork belly. It was cooked beautifully and with love, truly enjoyed it. Soft and tender with lots of flavor. They have the option to order boba from the nearby business called Tea Tops; which is very cool. Overall, pretty chill spot with good food, that came out pretty quick, and decent prices. 9/10 would most likely come back and try to explore more stuff on the menu. Edited: Photo of Ramen added but forgot to take picture of Karaage.

I ordered 2 Killer Ramen and 1 Szechwan Beef through Door Dash. The menu said the Szechwan Beef said it came with rice and soup. It did not have any buttons to choose the sides but said to specify it in the description. I typed in fried rice and egg drop soup. BTW I ordered an entree specifically for the soup. I called the restaurant when it was delivered and told them I got sticky rice and no soup. The employee basically said sorry not sorry. He said he did not see anything in the description so it wasn’t their fault. I asked why they didn’t send any soup and he said they don’t do that because they don’t have any containers. That’s kind of weird since the last time we got take out they put the soup in a takeout container. Hmm. So they don’t have take out soup containers if it’s DoorDash? Our ramen came in a soup container. The employee refused to send me the items I ordered and paid for and then refused to adjust the bill for the mess up. Completely rude and unacceptable service. I won’t be eating here again even though the ramen has a really tasty broth. That’s the only reason it gets 2 stars. If the restaurant doesn’t care about the customers and serving the correct food and shows a complete lack of compassion then it doesn’t deserve to get...
