I usually have a great experience here but tonight I was shown very poor customer service. I went in after work to fill up 2 of my growlers about 15 minutes before midnight. The bar wasn't very full and I noticed growlers were still being filled. I thought great, I'm gonna get my growlers filled. As soon as I put my growlers in front of me I was being ignored. I was pretty much invisible. New people would sit next to me and instantly get a drink. This is a really good bar to enjoy a nice cold beer. They have a great selection of craft beer. Just keep in mind that since its craft beer the prices are a higher. The service is excellent, the bartender is very helpful and is very familiar with the beers, so if you have questions or want recommendations, do not hesitate to ask. I've only made my way to Tin Man three times... so far. I've yet to be disappointed in their beer selection. I enjoy a little variety when I drink, though I tend to stick to porters amd stouts. They carry an array of small batch, microbrew, and more established brewery selections. The last time I went, I savored a Vietnamese dark beer (Rocket Fuel), a sweeter blonde (La Concha), and a sour (Habana Night).
