Alba's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in El Paso

Went there Wednesday Jan. 4 at 2pm with my wife, daughter and granddaughter. Every single table dirty with used plates still on the table from previous customers. I saw 2 waitresses working with no one making attempt to clean up. We had to sit in a dirty table. Waitress took a few drinks to the people next to us but she never acknowledged us. Waited approx 10-15 min with no one even saying "be with you shortly". We decided to leave. As we left, another elderly couple told us that the Waitress had been rude and not attentive. There were a total of 3 tables with customers at this time. No more rush or enough tables to keep them busy. I would not recommend this place at all. Very unpleasant experience. I wasn't comfortable and atmosphere was tense. Uneasy feeling from the moment we sat down. Hope owner sees this and does something about...

Upon entering no one greeted us. We sat on the only open table without a reserved Covid sign and the table was still dirty although it was already cleared. We waited there for 10 minutes or more without no one still attending to us. We then move to another table that was cleared and then we waited there without being attended to for another 15 minutes or so. Finally a lady came to ask us what we would like. We made it a point to be ready with our drink and food order to avoid further wait/delay, The menudo we ordered was terrible....didn't have the reddish menudo tint to it and it was terrible. Very bad service! The waitress was talking about the football game with customers that were eating there. Then she started charging to ladies that finish eating while the cook was ringing his bell for her to give the burrotos i ordered but she was talking with tge ladies and taking forever for me to get my burritos. Then a guy came in to order and she was so nice to him ( of course he was a guy) then she remembered i was there and give me tge burritos. But it took like 30 minutes to get 2 burritos of course the flour tortilla was ugly and the food tasted nasty. Very very bad service and ugly food. Don't recommended at all! A zero plus for that restaurant! Won't go back...
