I found a piece of blue PLASTIC IN MY SANDWICH! I'm usually a bit annoyed when I need to open my sandwich to adjust the haphazard distribution of ingredients. However, on this occasion, I was filled with gratitude that all the meat was located only on one half of the bun bc it caused me to remove the top bun before taking a bite. Upon which, I immediately noticed a bright blue strip of plastic covered in peppercorn ranch, pretending to be shredded lettuce. Having made this discovery, I was then able to have a choice about whether or not to ingest it. I chose not to.

Came here to try the new Wagyu Steakhouse Burger. It was ok, I felt that it had a nice flavor on the outside of the patty with a nice chew but for the overall burger I felt it isn't a burger I would do more than once especially for the price. Fries were nice and crisp and the peach lemonade had a nice sweetness with the peach in combination of the sourness from the lemons. Drive thru staff was pleasant. I'd come back to this location again.

The person who brought the tray to the table, wasn't very custom friendly. I said thank you, (he said crickets)🥴 No wonder there's no customers. You stopped serving PICKLES! 😏 Who, doesn't want pickles on, any kind of sandwich?🥺

I had a gift card that for some reason the magnetic strip didn't work when paying. So I spoke to a manager and he informed me that they could type in the number and it would still be useable. That was awesome as the first time I tried using the card the person who attended to me could not get it to work and apparently that person didn't know about typing in the card number. But at least this person today did so that more than makes up for it. UPDATE: They remodeled the one I had previously gone to and it looks really nice inside and out. Food is still just as delicious as ever and being a teacher it was nice that they still gave teachers a freebie during teacher appreciation week where most businesses like Cicis, Chick Fila, Krispy Kreme and others weren't willing to Arby's still showed their appreciation for us. Thank you Arby's. You get an A+...

This is an older restaurant, very few if any interior improvements. Food is highly overrated while prices have steadily gone up. All of the "New Hot Items" are just dressed up old food items/with very very few truly original items where the taste and texture are basically unchanged. Our patronage has dwindled for eating at Arby's from an average of 1-2 times a week, to 2 times each month. Arby's "meats have become almost tasteless and borderline good quality, especially their Hoagies. Good luck. Arby's is just a roller coaster of quality and tasteless enjoyment, not at all like the "old days". You can no longer see the actul hanging and roasting of the roast beef. You have to wonder if all that is a thing of the past, while settling for processed meats that are sliced from a "log-roll" of beef. Staff was very polite and...

The atmosphere isn't the most inviting at this location. My food was excellent and I had no qualms with it. My husband and I got Arby's melt sandwiches and split a S'mores shake. The melt was consistent with all of the other melts I have had in the past at this and other Arby's locations. I really loved the shake and want to give this restaurant 5 stars just for this genius innovation with tiny marshmallows. However, at this particular Arby's, there is an unpleasant lingering odor which I believe is a combination of sewage drain troubles and old cooking grease. The seating is lackluster, but efficient. I did not linger here any longer than necessary and I probably would take my food to go in the future, but since I enjoy a good sandwich, I...
