Staff is very nice despite it being a new location they are very helpful and kind. Although their plus size selection is extremely lacking. Most clothes I see XL+ are SHEIN or other fast fashion brands which is super disappointing since I shop second-hand to get good quality pieces that will last. I’ve spoken to other plus size people I know who’ve shopped here and we’ve all had a similar consensus regarding how lackluster, inconsistent, and sparse their plus size clothing and selection is as of now. It’s a bit odd that they dedicate so much space to their own section of staple pieces that only go up to a large (and even then they run small), such as their tank and skirt section. Even their belt selection is out of reach for you if your waist is over 30 inches. My only other observation is the fact that I’ve seen two knockoff items sold as genuine name-brand items. One was so obvious since it lacked the most key features of a genuine piece. I hope more so that it was out of ignorance rather than knowing since they were labeled with the brand and priced quite expensively. Perhaps more training and double checking should be done before pricing these items? Regardless I’ve received some great deals and adorable pieces! And a lot of good items can be found with an affordable price. It’s great to have somewhere that caters to second hand clothing yet Is more fashion savvy in the northeast. I hope to see this location thrive and offer a better selection so I and many others can...
Read moreThe name is PURE false advertising nothing cheap about it. They mislead by only buying everything close to new and resell at market value again nothing "cheap" about it Ross, Marshalls, and Burlington are way better choices. Don't waste your time. They seem to go for the "hipster vibe" as an excuse for the markup in price and "sell as new formula" like you're shopping at the mall. It's a condescending environment I went to BOTH locations yesterday to sell approximately 200 pounds of male clothing I folded and sorted everything pants, tshirts, button ups, etc... the cashier instructed me I wasn't able to leave the store until they got around to appraising my clothing they did let me know it would be approximately 40 mins which I didn't mind at the time. Anyway I had to sit there and wait for a total of 3 hrs at both stores only to be casually told they weren't even worth $1. Yes, nothing. It was my first time there and I am not upset or sad just disappointed. Yes, it's a Utah concept with different ideas and an unorthodox business formula and specific target audience, not a place to shop...
