Armando's Cafe #3 — Restaurant in El Paso

My husband order a milanesa torta and a burger, the women on the phone suggested the burger from number 14 she asked if we wanted fries my husband said no after 30 minutes I went to pick them up and as soon I enter the store there was this women on her late 50’s honestly but her face looked very unfriendly and she didn’t even welcome me or greet me she went straight to the register and told me you are here for the order and repeat my order which I said that we asked for no fries her face and attitude got worse and argued with me saying that we requested fries, after 5 minutes of arguing with me she took of one of the fries of the plate and charged me for the other ones, I could have just walked out and not pay for anything but seriously I thought what a sad life this women has so I went home and enjoyed my torta which wasn’t that good anyways 😕 at the end she charged me 24.18 just for a torta...

Extremely bad experience! My husband and I went for the first time to this restaurant on a Sunday to taste the menudo which it wasn't that good. And the lady that it's there supposedly the manager was so rude at the time of charging us. We ask for 2 small menudos and water for both with limons on the side and at the time of charging it was almost $30 dolls which I asked her why and she told me with her ugly face because she charge me a big menudo and the lemons. So I said it was 2 small menudos and she said because of the pork feet on one of the menudos it counts as a large menudo and then the lemons and I insisted but it was water and she said yes but you ask for lemons. So we just left. Poor lady I don't know what she's going thru because of her attitude but be careful when you go to this restaurant because she charges for everything and you don't even know. Clueless waitress and a slow disgusting kitchen called in 10 mins early for an order never been here i arrived and to my surprise this place was disgusting sticky old and full of oil with dirt everywhere I could smell the toilet from the chair I was sitting in I waited more time for a waitress that can not speak Spanish or English and a lone cook who clean his sweat with his hands while he cooks for only two more person in the whole restaurant as I was about to leave due to a bad feeling in my gut the cooked asked if I was in a hurry to witch I only answers with a yeah sure hurry, hurry to not get food poison! there is 2 good restaurants less than 1 min away save...
