Bahama Bucks is supposed to be a premium snow cone experience; however that will not be the experience you receive at this particular location. My son and I went to enjoy 2 large Tigers Blood snow cones to only find that they shory you on the syrup. Only the top portion of the snowcones had flavoring. Once the dome portions were finished, we found that remaining 80% of the snowcones to be nothing but shaved ice. (No flavor) I took photos and we threw the remaining snowcones away.

I considered this to be a fluke, and gave them an opportunity to make it right. When I addressed my issue through the ordering system I was told that management instructed them to do this, so it doesn't get too wet at the bottom of the cup. I expressed " so you purposely put in too little flavor so it is not throughout the cup?" The person explained I needed to "ask for extra syrup."

At the window I showed photos of my 2 previous snow cones. They showed no concern, didn't offer to make it right, and only repeated what the female employer through the ordering system advised "order extra syrup". The lack of customer service will be detrimental to the store's capacity to...

Waited in line for half an hour. There was a good amount of people so I understood the wait, to an extent. Once I ordered I had waited another ten minutes for my things. When my order was called i noticed that one of my drinks was missing. I thought that they were still in the process of making it so I waited a little longer for it. After multiple people ordered and received their things I waited at the counter and pick up area for multiple minutes all while the employees kept walking past and ignoring me. After calling out to an employee and asking about my order, I learned that it was forgotten about all together. I couldn't believe that I had waited all this time only for my order to be forgotten and then have to wait even longer for my drink to be made. At that point I just asked for a refund and promptly left. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but with how long I had to wait coupled with how bad the service was, it's safe to say that won't be returning...
