BOSS Tenders, Dogs & Custard — Restaurant in El Paso

I've been here to this location a total of 3 times. The first two experiences were perfect and the chicken strips were amazing, crunchy, and juicy. This time however I received what I ordered the previous 2 times, a #4 with spicy strips with a large limeade. When I got it I bit into the chicken and immediately noticed no crunch. Almost like a leathery outside layer and when I took a look , the chicken had ZERO breading on it. I then proceeded to contact the store to see why I had gotten something different this time. John Morales was the name of the manager I spoke with. He informed me that the chicken strips were supposed to come out like this and if I wanted breading, to order double breading. I could not take my food back as I was on my lunch break and all he offered was to buy me a dessert the next time I went in. Horrible customer service from someone who is supposed to...

I havent gone inside only the drive thru and it is a wait but the wait is worth it. The chicken is well cooked and seasoned to the gods! Don't know what the spices are for the spicy chicken but it is packed with flavor, the fries are fresh and flavorful not bland and the bread is crunchy yet soft and tastes buttery . Its my third time and so far its delicious! I order the tenders which are not too big but if you get the meal i def got full and lemonade was def homemade and not too sweet overall i love it! Big fan of the mango...

Ordered 2combos and a small vanilla cup and when they past the ice cream to me the spoon inside of cup it was dirty.!!.. they promptly got me another one… Then I drove home and noticed they didn’t give me the upgraded fries when I had ordered it on both combos went back brought it to their attention. Came back home ASSUMING I HAD THE CORRECT ORDER! and then realized that they only gave me one combo with the boss fries that I had ordered

Proceeded to go back again and just ask for a full refund That’s just disappointing...
