And to whom it may concern I Guadalupe Araiza did not wright this review it was Andrew Zarate the so called manager you have working there that thinks he can manipulate employees and promise them positions that he himself can not authorize yes unfortunately I am related to him and this is not in retaliation to what he did or coursed in my home when he was living there I can promise you this look very closely at what kind of person he is he can talk his way out of a lot of things but what he has done to people and employees to get his way is ridiculous aside from the Bull he feeds the owner and the regional manager and why is he telling other employees the on certain person no longer works there but every time he supposedly needs help even on the employees time off Andrew calls him and he shows up you should ask Andrew what else he has him pick up and deliver while on the clock and shares with another female employee during...

I will never go to Carls Jr ever again. I pull up to the drive thru and was interested in the newly advertised Sourdough star. They didn’t have it. I then asked if they still had the Primal rib burger they were unsure and then minutes later told me they didn’t. I then proceeded to order from the app to claim an offer for a discounted famous star and they told me to get out of their drive thru because I was taking too long. I told them that there was no cars behind me and that I was trying to order from the app and they told me to go park because I was taking too long. So according to them they would rather have no business at all than rack up a few extra seconds on some kind of drive thru timer. That is absolutely fine with me, besides whataburger clears Carl’s Jr. every day of the week and even McDonald’s customer service is better than this as bad as that sounds. Walk in and no body greeted me… I ordered and they were mad .. the guy cooking the fries didn’t even put a timer on the fries and took them out in less than a minute.. still tasted cold .. the burger I ordered had old onion rings .. I just didn’t eat my meal .. just wasted money here … it’s just sad a company lose the quality of the food and the customer service they had … I used to work for this company and I took pride in my job … back in the day was a 5 star service and now this guys cut corners .. no wonder the restaurant has no customers… I never do this but Carl’s Jr was over all my favorite but now it’s my last stop in this restaurant… never coming back … until they put people that will take pride in their work and service… if Carl carcher still the owner he needs to hire better cooks and better managers … never again going back.. also the the people there smelled like cannabis …I’ll never go back there and feed my family with this...
