Read moreI will never go to Carls Jr ever again. I pull up to the drive thru and was interested in the newly advertised Sourdough star. They didn’t have it. I then asked if they still had the Primal rib burger they were unsure and then minutes later told me they didn’t. I then proceeded to order from the app to claim an offer for a discounted famous star and they told me to get out of their drive thru because I was taking too long. I told them that there was no cars behind me and that I was trying to order from the app and they told me to go park because I was taking too long. So according to them they would rather have no business at all than rack up a few extra seconds on some kind of drive thru timer.
