Fanatics Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in El Paso

This was my first time here in a very long time. This time my husband and I came on a Sunday for the NFL ticket. 11am games. We spent about 20 min jumping from one table to another until the manager could accommodate us to see the Packers game. (My hubby). 😋

Since this is primarily a Cowboys (😍) spot, I called in to see if they also play other games. I got a response of yes mam. That's why we went in. On our second seating we were placed in a place where the banners on the bar were hiding the TV where the game was playing. I had to ask the waitress if it was possible to move us to the end of the establishment where there were no customers and put the game on one of those TVs. Keep in mind this is a sports bar. They have SEVERAL TVs. She went and asked her manager, the manager immediately said; no. I approached the manager and mentioned that I had previously called, and I was told they would be able to play the game. She then asked when I called and agreed to sit me at the back of the location and change one TV, but if anyone comes and asks to have it changed; The Cowboys game would take priority.

I mean so many TVs! We were in the back with one TV lol praying no one would want our tv, which by the way 3 other Packer fans joined us around the TV.

It was busy but the service was so SLOW. No refill on drinks, for us at least, we saw others around us getting refills on theirs. I almost asked a table to send us the waitress once a while.

My husband’s Dr. Pepper was flat, so he made a comment to the waitress, to have the Dr. Pepper checked. She stated oh yes, but never ever came back to with a new drink, of course I didn’t get a refill either ☹

The environment was good, but the service was crappy.

The food was ok, I can’t say it wasn’t good nor bad, we just didn’t enjoy it because of the service. That’s what I believe.

The Churros were really good, a little greasy, but they are churros. So, I guess. We got those for free because they took too long to bring them to us. Which we appreciated that gesture, thank you for dessert.

We stayed because we were giving the place a shot, so sad to say we might not go back due to this experience. We will see in a few more...

BEWARE. We have been regulars here for awhile now and tonight the owner was threatening to press charges on our friend over a $17 tab that ‘was not paid’ at the end of the night when he had already paid and left hours ago. It was obviously paid in full because he has the receipt for it, which his card was swiped for and he kept the customer copy of. (Which I will try to add a picture of.) The bouncer or bar back whatever the gentleman was told us they didn’t need our business and to go f* ourselves after I told him we would not be coming back to this bar again. The owner kept repeatedly asking us for our friends, the one with the $17 tap, full name, because ‘she has cameras everywhere and could press charges.’ But she kept back tracking saying that she wouldn’t because we are always there and she of course trusted us. And this was AFTER she tried putting his PAID TAB on our tab that we were trying to close out. We had asked her repeatedly for a copy of his receipt to show him and she just attempted to put it all on our tab anyway because I’m assuming she thought we were too annoyed to notice or fight it. She kept telling us not to worry about it, because she knew we were always there but she threatening us and telling it was our responsibility now and badgering us for his full name, while we were trying to get our tab sorted out. Throughout the night the owner, who was the woman we dealt with tonight, kept disappearing and at the end charged us for drinks we never got, but had ordered, but at that point we were finished even trying to argue with her, we showed her his receipt and a screenshot of his bank statement as well, but she would not let it go. We don’t know why the service was so bad tonight, it was not busy at all, and we also don’t know why she was so forgetful and belligerent tonight either. We do however know that, WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK HERE. PLEASE EVERYONE WATCH WHAT YOU ARE CHARGED AND WHAT YOU...

Me and my boy went to go see the UFC Nunez fight. We had a very good waitress she was quite and so respectful she got our food and drinks with in 10 min when we got there she always walked around and always ask if we were ok ..We ordered 6 Tacos that were like Chicos Tacos but better for real. My son and I loved them tacos like Chicos. The people around us were koo everything was nice. And my girl Nunez won it was a good fight. I recommend to go see a fight there awesome staffing and fast service. Relax with a drink at fanatics 👌🏼 I went there today another day another year I ordered the Philly cheesesteak it was the worst I ever seen it literally fit in my 5 inch Android phone look like a breadstick couldn't see the meat The taste was all bread needed salt not worth $12 should have been in the kids menu for $4 the picture showed a nice juicy 8 in with me coming out Philly cheesesteak sandwich but was not even close to that ... I had a bad experience with that item worst Philly cheesesteak sandwich...
