Starbucks — Restaurant in El Paso

It's actually the customers that should unionize here. The wait time for coffee at this location is beyond cringy. It's a daily thing too, not a one time situation. Anyone that passes down Lee Trevino can attest to this. Staff does nothing to fix it either, let alone maximize efficiency. Cars get jammed up all the time. It's dangerous. They've added someone with a headset now to take orders outside, but they do it completely wrong. The person just goes car to car without guiding traffic towards the gaps in the line they're creating, so the backups into Lee Trevino are still there, even worse now. This is because the headset person outside is also the same person as the drive thru voice. So, instead of two people taking orders continuously to maximize traffic flow, the same person thats in the drive thru box is actually the person outside! Truly wild stuff. This location definitely needs to reach out to the team over at Chick-fil-A for guidance, or just look over their shoulder at how quickly McDonald's gets it done next door. Bottom line - if you want coffee from this location, you are going to wait a VERY long time. And there is no change in sight. It's been this way for about 2 yrs now. Lastly, just an FYi, this place finally got oak milk. They literally never had it before. Whenever you would ask for oak milk, it was like you were speaking a different language. Starbucks what can I say I know they have been around for a long time and driving around all day in many cities seeing locations just about in every corner I always wondered why people went there what was the hype always a crowd in and out especially lines in the airports waiting for some kind of coffee i couldn’t pronounce or understand the Starbucks language I thought coffee was just coffee like I can get at any gas station or fast food place I begin to wonder and be curious about Starbucks when all out of nowhere they begin to get bad publicity I was wondering what they had done wrong I kept hearing about boycotts something to do with politics and wars I read some losers were starting to order only water to hit them in the pocketbooks and inventory I was told the employees wanted to unionize Starbucks has been through a lot but a good company always survives and is determined by the survival of public support in wanting a good product so was such negative publicity and curiosity one day I with a friend who understood the Starbucks culture offered to buy me coffee a cold brew my first ever in my entire life no joke especially cold brew?? I usually go to the Starbucks every morning and never had any issues with my drink. Never had any issues with my food. But the last three weeks since moving I needed a little extra Pep in my step and I have tried to go to Starbucks this in particular. They absolutely cannot make a caramel macchiato without burning it Morning shift or evening shift. And they cannot make a lavender Matcha The afternoon shift. You would think that I would’ve learned my lesson and stopped attempting to go there but between time constraint to go and pick up my daughter from school, I’m having to wait in the hot line and just want to pick up a quick drink, I went against my better judgment and give him another try again. This Has to be the sixth or seventh time they have messed up a lavender Matcha putting so much Matcha in the drink that Is past the recommended amount making a taste absolutely disgusting that you can’t even drink it. This time I got a small one for my daughter grande so medium. So not only did they mess up mine. They also messed up hers. Leaving me in this line in the heart with no drink because now it’s undrinkable. Wasting my money on improperly made drink.(2 improperly made drinks). Not even stirring in the lavender cold foam on top could Fix it. Look how dark it is and that’s after mixing it.
