I ordered the Crazy SAUCE and Crazy Puff combo to be delivered through Doordash. I received my order with NO sauce. How do you sell this as a package and then send the puffs with no sauce?? I reached out to the driver and they stated they were not given any sauce by Little Caesars and that the manager was very rude to him. Driver stated manager did not reply when he walked in and mentioned he was there to pick up the order. She walked away and just placed the two boxes of Puffs for the driver to grab but never gave him the sauce or spoke another word to him. When I called the store, the same "female" manager stated it was the driver's fault and refused to help me. She was rude and condescending, she said "ma'am you are getting upset over some sauce" which I thought was completely out of line, however she did not want to help me resolve the issue at all. She kept trying to hang up on me and was just placing the blanket on the driver and then telling me she would not help me and that I needed to reach out to Doordash. I asked repeatedly for her name and her bosses name and she refused to give me either. As a manager if a customer is requesting your name and the person who runs the store to place a property complaint then that information should but be withheld. This woman was working on 7/12/24 during the closing shift. I would like everyone to know to beware that you won't get an honest person taking care of your business when she is in charge. I went to pick up the food and while I was waiting the male employee asked me if I wanted BBQ or plain wings because they ran out of buffalo sauce. Knowing my son, whom the wings were purchased for, would not want any other flavor, I said, "Neither, I'll just get a refund." The male employee said he couldn't do that because he would have to refund the whole amount....to make this short for whoever reads this....all I have to say is that the male employee, who did not have very good communication or customer service skills was the manager. He refused to refund me the $8.50 I paid for wings. He continued to say that he could only refund me the whole amount of the bill. I explained to him that I wanted the pizzas I already paid for, I just wanted to get refunded for the wings I was NOT receiving. When he refused to refund me, I suggested he give me credit on a Little Caesar's gift card (there was a stack of them on the register), he once again said he couldn't do that either!!! The workers acknowledgement to the customer is laking, the ready to go pizzas are burnt and cheese is cooled…meaning when you take a bite The topping all come off including cheese leaving a slice with nothing on. Furthermore, the pizzas is cut in a lazy way that you can’t even get an actual shape of a pizza slice. This visit the guy tending to me said he was alone, (which I saw 4 other workers, totaling 5 people) and would take over 30min for a bag of bread sticks! Which in my opinion is ridiculous. After I left I saw other go in and leave immediately. Wondering what rejection they got. Some one! Cooperate manager or franchise mangers need to step in a fix the TERRIBLE SERVICE that’s unfolding here! If I can give a zero star...
