Wing It! Wings , Express — Restaurant in El Paso

I love the wings from there I really do, I've been going there for 3 years and today May 18, 2018 at 12 I placed an order and the stupid girl messed up the order, which i'm always calm about it and would normally just ask them to make my wing, but no the girl literally insisted not once but several time like telling me she knew what I had order better than I did. I mean I could have messed , but I didn't even know they sell strips. I order the same thing every time I go there, I literally only eat gold wings from there and recommend their wings. Don't get me wrong things I know things happen we're all human, It's happen other time and they respectfully take ownership for their mistake even when they weren't wrong why couldn't she just apologize and we both move on. There was no need for an argument over something that could have been fixed in matter of minutes. She seemed to be new too, I've never seen her there but even her co-worker was even like let it go and she STILL insisted. No customer service instead of just saying you know what I heard strip i'm sorry i'll go ahead and put your order in. We honestly just left horrible customer service....

The food isn't the issue, the food is great; when they get your order right... I wouldn't complain if it was an isolated incident; however, it's happened 3 times. When I spoke to the manager, he was rude and dismissive. He passed the phone back to Sarah without saying anything. Sarah was so apologetic and tried to be helpful. Whoever the manager is, the owner should teach him better customer service etiquette. He's making his business look bad because it's being managed by a child.--- I am updating my review because I believe the owner should be aware of how his/her business is being ran. This was my FAVORITE wing place! I have not ordered in almost 5 months because of how bad the service was last time. However, as I mentioned I believe the owner needs to know how his/her business is being ran and representing him/her. I took a chance and ordered today 11/20/23. I ordered wings and fried jalapeños. I received 6 small jalapeno pieces and the rest was ALL BATTER. I will not call the restaurant to complain just based off my last experience. I am just hoping the owner sees this. It was our first time trying this place. First impression, DIRTY! We went on a Sunday at 1130 am, shortly after they opened. Other than us, there was a group of 3 sitting at another table. Considering they had just opened, the place was very dirty. The floors dirty with food under the tables, sticky table, and a dirty ordering counter. The employee who took our order was NOT very helpful or friendly. He seemed more annoyed with us. We still placed our order and sat at the cleanest table visible. We should of left, but my spouse wanted to try the food. While we waited, the annoyed employee was having a conversation with the other group that was there. He seemed to know the people very very well, discussing personal finances and other personal issues. You could clearly hear the loud conversation because he remained behind the counter , and the group remained at the table.. He happy and pleasant with them, unlike with us. He was very unprofessional!

The food was hot, and for the most part decent, nothing special about the food.
