I came here on December 23rd, 2020. Was excited about using some coupons as I went through the drive through. I ordered 2 Whopper meals and 2JR Whoppers. As the food was handed to me I asked if all the burgers were in the bag and was assured they were... It was very cold so I trusted them and didn't check for myself š£ my bad.
Got home and I was missing the Whoppers. I called the restaurant and they said come back and we will redo your entire order. So I did, I figured it was partially my fault because I failed to check ... So, 10 minutes each way.
I get there and explain why I was back and was told to go to the window. Where I have then my receipt and was handed 2 Whoppers. I tried to return the now cold food as I had been told they would redo the entire order. The person who handed me the burgers walked away and ignored any attempt I made to get their attention. Frustrated and offended, I left. Going home with 2 orders of cold fries, 2 cold WhopperJRs and 2 hot fresh Whoppers.
I called the restaurant while on the way home and told the manager I would not return and explained why. At this point I was in tears... Stupid to let it get to me, but it did. She apologized and said if I came back she would redo the whole order... I said no. That I was not going back and was simply informing her as to the reason why. Hearing how upset I was she started offering me my order for free in the future. I said I wasn't complaining to get free food, I just wanted management to know why I would not return. She then offered to more than double our order of we would give them another chance... I said she could take my husband's name and it would be up to him... I mean times are tough and free food was tempting.
So after nearly two weeks pass and my hurt feelings are but a memory, my husband decides we will give them another chance. So we call ahead to make sure the offer is still good. We are told to come in and they will take care of it. We go to the drive thru and we are told to bring our receipt to the window. I don't have the receipt because I gave it to them when I came back the first time. So the lady says, fine... Drive up to the window and we will give you the food...
Ummm... We haven't told you what we want, yet. She says I know what to give you because it is written down so just drive to the window and I will give it to you. Again, my husband tried to tell her we have a special request for one burger and we still need to give her our drink order... Silence... We wait and we wait, nothing. In frustration my husband says that at this rate we really won't come back here... This gets a response, ... she said, 'good.'
My husband was like, really? What's your name? I want to make sure the manager knows we gave it a second chance and they failed again... Suddenly a new person starts to help us. This person was kind, professional and took our order... We get to the window and the lady who first spoke to us gives us a total... Umm, we explain the food was supposed to be no charge... She just walked away and refused to speak or even acknowledge us again. We finally get our food and leave...
Only to realize they messed up the order... Again. The drinks were wrong and the fries were unsalted... Needles to say we won't be returning to this location. The reason? Poor customer service and attitude. Everyone makes mistakes... I get it. But there is no excused for giving customers poor service and negative or...

Told the staff via the drive thru speaker I had a t-mobile coupon I wanted to use but she said she needed the code at the window. I said ok. She didnāt say anything for a couple minutes until l I said forget it and Iād just do 2-for-5 deal. I pulled forward to wait my turn behind a few other cars but it must have been at least 10 minutes before I even got close to the window. After that, only 1 car drove off with their order leaving 2 cars ahead of me. At that point I decided to just leave and get food at McDonaldās (who, by the way, took my order and got it out all in under 5 minutes). I donāt understand why the staff was so rude or why the wait was so long during peak lunch hours with so few cars being served. The dine-in is obviously not full of customers causing the wait, itās closed off due to the pandemic. So what gives, Burger King?? Probably not returning, at least not to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy daughter and I went in. I ordered #2, #4, and #5 all medium meals. My daughter picks up the order and the one bag carrying all three meals tears. The food fell on the floor. I was already having a moment and chose to remain in my silence. I saw that they did see my daughter picking up the food the floor and throwing it in the trash. Not one of the employees bothered to come help nor to replace the food. If the employees would have done individual bags for each meal I'm sure not that incident but the one after that one as well would have been prevented. Who bags three meals into one paper sack bag? I just decided to leave because I know how nasty words can get when spoken out of anger, and frustration. The worst part is once I get home not one of the sandwiches ordered were correct.
