Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

I usually go to this location and I get a pretty good quick service, but today I had a very bad experience. One, the speaker to place an order was not working so people had to order at the window. So I get to the window and this rude girl with red/pink hair and freckles rushes me to place my order, once she charges me she asked me to park at the front of the store and said they would take my order as soon as it’s ready. So I parked and like 3 mins later I see her leave, I’m guessing it was the end of she shift and that’s why she was rushing me to place the order. So time passed by and I see cars that got there after me getting their pizzas while I’m still waiting for mine. 15 mins pass by and nothing, so I decided to go inside to see what’s happening with my order. I go in there and I tell them I’ve been waiting for my order for the past 15 mins. The guy goes to the back to see if my order is ready only to find out that the rude read/pinkhead NEVER turned in my order!!!! I played it safe. Arrived about 5 minutes after the window time to ensure they had time to get it ready for it to be picked up. Was told to go park in front. Sat for literally, not figuratively 15 minutes. Figured something had to be wrong as literally a dozen or so cars were served in the same period. Called they said "OH well it is ready but we forgot which car you were in so...." and that's almost verbatim what they said about it. Black truck. I drive a black truck. Then they brought me the pizza and I had to remind them that it was supposed to have crazy bread AND a Pepsi that weren't brought to me. No thank you, no sorry for the wait. Nothing. I try to be patient I really do, but if you "forgot" what vehicle I was in, surely a stroll around the front of the store asking people would have been the correct way to find me I don't know call me crazy.... My wife placed the order here even though there is a closer store that was just built. IF I ever get LC again I promise you it won't be here. PROMISE. I basically live across the street from here, so I get pizza from this company about once a month or so. My daughter loves their crazy bread (bread sticks). My husband likes the deep dish pizza (Detroit style), and I like the classic $5 pepperoni. Even my mom likes the pepperoni pizza from here and she's not normally a fan of pepperoni on pizza (not something she grew up eating). The food is hot and ready (as described). A lot of times, it's not super fresh if it's not during rush (it can be sitting in the warmer for a good long time), but it still tastes good. I've never really had any quality issues, and pizza is my favorite food so even mediocre pizza is good pizza. That being said, when it is fresh, the pizza is like manna from heaven.
