These good reviews are lies. Probably made by the people who own this place or their kin. I stopped here for breakfast with my family because the reviews said the food was good. It's not. When we first walked in, the older man who works the cash register was sitting down chatting with a friend at a table. He didn't acknowledge or greet us. We sat at a table and waited a good while for a waitress to come out from the back to give us menus. I feel that the cashier could have given us the menus while we sat there waiting for our server, but he just couldn't be bothered to get up off his ass. The waitress was great. She was friendly and consistently checked up on us. Now, I'm not a germophobe, but this place is filthy. You can just see it. The chairs are sticky, the sugar, salt, and pepper containers have not been wiped clean so they have stuff visibly stuck to them. It was enough to have me question whether I really wanted to stay and eat there. My family wanted to stay and try it out. Once again, the reviews said the food was good. I ordered the eggs and chilaquiles. Easy, nothing difficult to make, especially here in El Paso. Well these chilaquiles were slimy and mucilaginous. Yes that's right,the sauce had the consistency of mucus. The beans were good, the coffee was ok, the hash browns were Meh, and the eggs were oily. I did not eat the chilaquiles after tasting them. They stayed there along with the hashbrhash and eggs. I did not ask for my money back or make a scene. The waitress was really nice and so I just figured, hey I lost out on $6, I would never be back again. Oh well. The owner clearly doesn't take pride in their establishment. I ordered nachos like why is it so hard to have all the ingredients needed for this dish. Then when brought out the cheese was not melted and looks like they gave me last crumbs for nachos. He takes forever to charge, longest time we've had to wait up front is 10 minutes, and when you try to complain about it he gets mad and says that he's busy when you can clearly see him coming out the back on a videocall.
