Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in El Paso

On the 3rd of February on a snowy day I went thru the drive thru to order two kids meals with four piece stars in each, two #15’s chicken strip meals and one #16 double cheeseburger/chicken sandwich. As I was leaving they forgot two drinks and I reversed to get the two drinks. . When I got home we were missing three fries and three cookies and the sprite was flat and tasted horrid. Then I looked at the receipt and they had over charged me. They charged me 7.57 for each kids meal instead of 3.99. I called and they told me to go back for the fries and cookies but we had a bad connection so i wAs not able to let them know that they over charged me. When I got there, I asked to speak to the manager and they told me she was in the restroom. I told them the problem, so they reimbursed me the money and gave me the missing fries and cookies. It took three people to figure out the reimbursement and the manager never came out. By the time everything was done, all the food was cold. They should have offered a full reimbursement or offered to give us a free meal for future for all the time it took to go and come back for...

I usually got my breakfast there, but then they got a new manager or something because most of my food was missing something like a sausage or any kind of add-on like hash browns of drink. When I spoke with the lady, she told me that's the way it's served. I didn't think much of it other than maybe she's right, and the other servers have been hooking me up for years. So I went back, and this time, I noticed that what I ordered did have sausage on the sandwich, and I ordered the same thing, and again, stuff was missing from my order I told them about this issue and the same lady came to the window and said that it comes with no sausage ect. I told her it does because I always got it that way, and the advertising shows it does. I even had to show her the picture she had in her drive thru, and I told her she could either add it or give me my refund. She gave me my refund and I've never been their for breakfast. I went around 7 o'clock. Dined-in and noticed the whole crew was female. I figuredy, hey if there working there they must know the ropes and can handle the rushes. Boy was I wrong. They brought out one of my orders but not the first one. I thoutht it was a bit odd, but figured the first one will come soon after. I finished eating the first one and the second didn't come. So I went to the front counter and showed my recipient. They still took a long time and they only made one of the two hamburgers of that order. I told them and they all gave me attitude expect the lady at the front register. To add insult to injury they made the second one all crappy looking. I will not be returning to this location every again. Avoid it at all cost. Plus I wasn't the only personwho had issues with there oders this evening. Also the restrooms were terrible.
