Mariscos Culiacan — Restaurant in El Paso

I was so excited to bring my family here because I have eaten here before and it was good. This time my mom and I both ordered Tropical Marisco and when we recieved them I noticed that it was miss items and very little seafood mainly fillers. I let the waitress know that we were both missing the main ingredient that we wanted Tuna and she let us know then that that they didn't have any so they could add something else if we wanted. We told her that if they would have let us know prior to ordering we would have gladly chosen something else, instead of feeling like you were trying to lie, hide, and be dishonest about not including tuna. They brought a small portion of shrimp to compensate. At that time a lady from the back came to our table and let us know she would comp mine and my mom's plate for the inconvenience awesome thank you we really appreciate that. At the end when we recieved our bill a 10% discount and our plates were not taken off. Will not be recommending this place again. Over priced, not enough protein, all fillers. Service was ok… not great just ok. Food was alright except I got food poisoning. I ordered my plate which included some raw oysters. I ate two and they did taste kind of off but It was after I tried the third one that I realized they were probably not good. I did mention it to the waitress and she replied by saying “oh I’ll go try them out right now.” She never addressed the issue after and just ignored my comment. Fast forward a few hours later and I started feeling like death. It’s been 24 hours and I am yet to get over the food poisoning. I know for sure it was what I ate because I was the only one that consumed the oysters and I did not eat anything else after leaving the restaurant. Someone six months ago also got sick from eating here (they left a review which is how I know). I called the restaurant today to let them know their oysters are probably bad but never received a call back after being told an assistant manager would contact me. this type of food poisoning can be deadly so think twice about eating here. This place used to be good, unfortunately I will be taking my money elsewhere now. I loved this place so much I would drive from the westside of town. The girl brought my drinks to my car and the lids weren't on correctly so it spilt everywhere. Ordered two Torres and they gave me two of the same ones. The strawberries and mango should have been thrown away and NOT served! Didnt get the fried shrimp that both of my torres included. The shrimp cocktail cup was halfway full with 12 pieces of shrimp. They need to update the online menu as well. None of the prices matched my receipt. And they need to train management to be bilingual. They delivered a replacement order and was standing at the door holding the order instead of following the no contact delivery rule. The driver also said that management demanded we return the food that they made a mistake on....which I would've gladly have done if I was able to communicate correctly with management and I hadn't have already thrown it away. That's also extremely unsanitary at times like this...
