Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in El Paso

Very disappointed. I decided to go visit this Carl's Jr because of late night craving for my pregnant friend, pretty sure the baby is disappointed too. To start off, she could have gone through a whole other pregnancy with how long it took to receive my order, I was there for a while no other cars in the parking lot or in the drive thru line. While taking my order we had no issues expect they said they had no shakes, and i was just left at the window for a very long time with no one visibly available for me to ask what was taking so long, pretty sure they were just taking a break apparently, once i received my order after a torturing and excruciating amount of time I simply just asked what took so long , and I got the response that I always get which is they are "understaffed", I would understand being understaffed if it was visibly busier and not as late but clearly they don't need any more staff if its dead. This isnt the first time this happens to me and people i know, but it will be the last, i just decided to go because it is closer but for the same amount of time I'm spending to go get a quick bite i rather go all the way to the store in Pellicano and Zaragoza since they actually are quick and if for some reason it takes a while its because its gonna be fresh, here my fries were cold and cardboard like and I truly don't think the baby will be a fan of Carl's Jr food when it comes out......

I ordered the Superstar burger combo and asked for no mayo, no special sauce and asked that they add heavy mustard, extra tomato & extra pickles. I had to add mustard at home, there was no extra tomato, the lettuce leaf was limp and unappetizing, and they put ketchup packets that had been god-knows-where in god-knows-whose hands on top of my fries. This is a FILTHY habit that most fast-food places have and I HATE it!!

To date, the Lee Trevino/Montwood restaurant near Hanks High School prepares the best sandwiches using the freshest veggies, they don't put ketchup packets on top of fresh food people are going to put in their mouth, AND they can on the first try, prepare a custom-ordered burger to my specifications!!

All the other locations me to send their employees over there to be properly trained.

The hot my order wrong not once but TWICE!! The second time they gave me two free items AND STILL got the order wrong!! SMH 🤬

I CANNOT BE PLACATED BY FREEBIES!! If had wanted them I would have ordered them! It is beyond annoying that what it seems I can't have is EXACTLY WHAT I PAY FOR!!

Thankfully the Northeast store on Dyer and Diana has never screwed...

They truly should invest in better employees. The young man that was working there had the worst attitude I've seen in El Paso. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit with no cheese and when I received it, there was cheese on it. I am very specific about asking for my food without cheese because I absolutely hate it. I take it back and he tells me that I ordered sausage with no cheese. But somehow the egg made it. That was how I know he had no idea what I ordered because he didn't listen which is pretty common in this city. Then when he corrected the order, I got my food and it had cheese all around the bottom of the biscuit. It was very apparent that they just peeled the cheese off leaving remnants of cheese all over the food. I just took it back and got a refund. Every time I said thank you (even through my frustration) his response was "yea." He was extremely rude and should not work in...
