Why would I tell you about my TERRIBLE experience, Just by looking at other reviews,you literally don't care about fixing the problem; well anyway here's my opinion,
First time here and we were excited to make the change from what we thought was terrible service at SUBWAY but BOY were we WRONG, I ordered a Philly steak and cheese and what I GOT WAS A MAYONNAISE SUB I would prefer to taste the Philly steak sandwich not MAYO, half of my Wife's sub was ok the other half was also MAYONNAISE, I was excited to tell my parents that I was taking them a chicken sub, but when I father gave it the first bite, He asked me why did you get me a MAYONNAISE SANDWICH you know I always ask for a chicken sub, he declined to eat it my mom only ate half of it and was feeling sick, WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PLACE AND THE MAYONNAISE, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, I surely won't return I definitely will return to SUBWAY and deal with the bad service but much better tasting Subs, Lots of Luck FIREHOUSE TRASH YOUR...
Read moreCame here at 8pm, two hours before they closed and it looked like they were closing so my husband asked if they were and they said “no.” Went in to order, tables all dirty, didn’t have the teas out and many of the sodas, napkins, and chips were out. Girl in the back looked bothered and 5 customers after us came in and the girl in the back got mad and told them their ovens were off. You can tell they didn’t even care to properly make our sandwiches, didn’t give us our pickle spears even though we asked for them, all the meat was hanging out not even in the sandwich it was just in the box. My husband asked for the salt and vinegar chips and they didn’t even bother to let us know they didn’t have them. Read moreDisappointed. Ordered my usual sandwich online, and noticed it was completely the wrong sandwich. I tried to call the store but they were already closed, so I contacted customer service. Customer service said they would let the location owner about my order and would ask them to reach out to me,which no one ever did. I had normally been driving to the George Dieter location for all of my previous orders, and never had a problem at that location that was resolved.
