Worst Chipotle in El Paso, which isn't saying alot, of course. So, prior to my last experience, I had to request that my food be remade something I really don't enjoy doing and definitely don't enjoy being that guy who has to speak to a supervisor and heavily debated about just accepting the situation. To sum up the experience, the employee who was working the front had decided to clean the serving counter with his gloved hand, and then use that hand to add cheese to my food š¤¢š¤®š·. Thankfully another employee at the time remade my food. Flash forward too today, I walk in and see that same employee again with his gloved hands leaning on the counter. Hypothetically, and hopefully that counter is clean, but regardless I am sure that most customers would prefer that if they are about to be served that an employee wouldn't be putting their hands on anything but the utensils used to serve food. I debated about dealing with it again not wanting to be that customer who complains, and perhaps it was the bad experience I had with that employee before but I decided to try to go through the drive through, unaware that it's for pick up only. When I pulled up to the window a different employee walked up to inform me that it was for pick up only...then just walked away saying nothing else or offering any sort of help whatsoever š. I decided to go back in, and choose to be that customer and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was pointed to Gabrielle or Gabriella, one of those names. She was extremely reluctant to hear what I had to say and seemed upset to even be having to speak with me. I told her of the situation, and she seemed to be almost shocked by my request to even ask for someone else to help me, and acted as though his actions and lack of cleanliness was more than acceptable, finally and again very reluctantly she offered to make my food herself. This definitely is the last time I ever go back, and 100 percent recommend going anywhere else or making the drive to the other location...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been here three times in the past two weeks, and each time theyāve been out of key ingredients. Itās beyond frustrating, and it feels like they have no interest in keeping their stock in check. Every visit has been a letdown. While writing this, I noticed many other reviews with similar complaints. Whatās even more surprising is that the owner seems more focused on responding with a generic 'please contact us' message, instead of addressing the ongoing issues with the incompetent staff. Iāve already wasted my time going into an establishment only to walk out without dinner because they couldnāt keep their stock in order. What makes you think Iāor any customerāwant to waste more time contacting you in a separate message? Instead of these empty responses, the owner should get a real manager who will hold the staff accountable and ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, not with a millennial attitude of "it is what it is." Itās clear theyāre not making any real...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood is reasonable and staff are friendly/polite. However, the low rating is because this location consistently shuts down before closing. This location advertises it's open until 11pm, but as soon as 8/9pm rolls around it's clear the staff is ready to go home. The chairs get put on top of dining tables so patrons cannot dine-in. The bathrooms are obstructed so customers cannot use them. And they begin to stop filling different food/beverages. Did you arrive after 8pm? You get whatever is still available because the kitchen is closing down and everyone is ready to go home. Want to wash your hands? Too bad! The vibe is uncomfortable and unwelcome. I could understand winding down operations 30-60 minutes before closing, but 2-3 hours beforehand negatively impacts customers and comes off as lazy. I understand this is just a job for the cooks and servers, but you would think management would see the...
