Honestly I wouldn't have left this review had everything not gone so downhill after I was given beer in a glass with lip marks. But the level of irritation and dysfunction is so upsetting, especially after the long, sad day we've had. We just wanted a quick bite and a beer so we literally settled for Chili's because they had happy hour. I called in advance to confirm happy hour and, additionally, found the menu on the literal website for this location. So we order food. All apps. Should have raised a red flag to our server if something was off. The beer was upsetting because it took a while to get and the glass was dirty. Whatever, the bartender was nice and gave me a new one. The manager even came over after. But then things just kept getting ridiculous. The silverware wasn't clean. Literally scraping chunks off. The walls, seats and portable tabletop kiosk were covered in filth and specs of food. The food comes out with ranch that's LITERAL WATER. Seriously STOP thinning down your ranch!!! The Texas cheese fries come on a pan that chips off flakes that stick to your food. That's messed up but all the toppings we're missing LOL. I asked for bacon on the side and all they brought out we're fries with melted cheddar (no jalapenos or green onion) COME ON. we were too tired to care so didn't mention it but did ask for the bacon which they forgot to bring out with the fries.... Then we had this whole huge debacle when the bill came. Nothing was at happy hour price that, may I remind you, I not only called to verify and saw the menu on their website to confirm AND my husband ASKED THE SEATER GUY to verify if we had to sit in the bar. He asked specifically if we had to sit in the bar (because this was the case the one other time we went to a chili's in MN plus there was space) and the hostess said no it's fine and seated us elsewhere. Turns out he's new, not my problem and I don't care to hear excuses because when I bring it to your attention about the misprinted items, don't come back with a bill where only the beer was priced corrected and act like you don't know anything about food happy hour. Read moreMy husband and I went on Oct 11, 2014 after a little shopping and we needed a meal to relax and we thought this Chili's would be great to enjoy the meal and continue shopping, since we are both diabetics. We stopped off a little after 3pm. the waiter was okay until our order arrived. My husband wanted the grill chicken plate and he got the salad...by the time he got his correct plate I was done and we had to go, I wasn't too happy he didn't get to eat but my husband was already upset...I told the server to pack it up...and bring us the bill....well it was already like 20 minutes later and still didn't get nothing..I asked for the manager...well that was worse he didn't seem interested in the situation, just said let me see what's going on...he never came back just passed us by the wall near the bathrooms and didn't acknowledge us or apologized for the inconvenience and finally after getting mad we got his packed up dinner to go and the bill...we gave the server our debit card and it took another 15 minutes...TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, especially on the weekend...and to think it was Saturday and there was not that much of people. The manager should of taken the time to apologize at least, we didn't want anything free for next time because 1st there won't be a next time for us and 2nd the waiting was horrible. Read moreI made an online order to be picked up on 5/10/20 at 2:00pm. Got there 10 minutes early and gave the worker my name and he said he'd be out with my order soon. After waiting and seeing many people who came after me receive their orders I asked the manager about my order and he said he'd check on my order again. After about an hour of waiting I asked a third time about the status of my order and then he finally said that they couldn't find my order in the system. I showed him two confirmations that I had received from chili's. One was when I originally placed the order online and another was an email confirmation. He then proceeded to tell me that he could not trust those confirmations even though it had an order number, the stores info, my name, and the pick up time. He made it seem as if I was showing him fake reciepts. I understand that they were busy and mistakes happen but instead of trying to make it right the "manager" did absolutely nothing to try to make things right. What kind of manager can't even fix a simple problem? If they couldn't find the order in the system they could've just simply remade the order. Instead we wasted over an hour of my time and left with nothing. Thankfully I didn't pay online because seeing how the manager handles things I know he'd do nothing to get customers their refund.
