Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Paso

Awful experience....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION, 3570 Zaragoza! I placed a large order using the app. I went through drive thru to pick up my order and was asked to park in front of the store b/c it wasn't ready. Waited 11 minutes for the food, which was not the problem. When they brought the food I asked him if everything was there and he replied that it was doubled checked. Believing him, I went home. I was missing two items, the Quesadilla and the large drink. I went back for them and that's where the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE came in. I was basically called a "THIEF"! When the manager handed me the missing items, he made a comment saying, here's another drink that we didn't make a mistake on. I asked him to please clarify that remark and he responded by saying, I know that I gave you the first original drink, so here's a free drink on us. I asked him to get me the manager and he said, well I'm one of the three managers on duty so what now? I said, if that's so, then review your surveillance video to check if I'm telling the truth or not. His response, "Just get out of here and stop wasting my time, you already got the free drink! This was a total disappointment for the Taco Bell Brand. All this over a $1.99 drink from an over $48.00...

My wife and I were looking for something different on a non-cooking night and had not been to taco bell in awhile. We decided on take out and headed to our nearest restaurant about a mile away. When we got there we ordered,were asked about condiments and asked to wait. After about five minutes our food arrived and we drove home. We ordered were a few items as we were vegging the taco crunchiness we expected awaited us. We were kind of upset because we noticed some of our hard shell delicacies were replaced with the less popular soft shelled style. We proceeded with to eat or order and were a little upset at our findings. The taco shells were soggy and rather meatless as we anticipated a little more bang for our buck. It seemed like we were eating lettuce soft tacos with hot sauce. Not appetizing at all. The nachos were light on the cheese and the quesadilla was cold. The only positive was the burrito that was prepared to expectation. The experience left us craving the old days of Taco Bell when the establishment fit the craving. Skip it next time and try something else. Some things aren't the way...

I have eaten at this location multiple times and always have an issue with at least one item in my order being made incorrectly. I understand making each product is "muscle-memory" for the employees; however, if the order is customized it's usually for a reason like a dietary restriction or allergy. No matter how many times I ask for NO TOMATOES, I still receive tomatoes on my food. Since the reason for the request of no tomatoes is due to an allergy, having tomatoes that employees pick off then serve to me is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The same thing for swapping out the ground beef in a taco for black beans. Dumping the beef out of the shell then filling the shell with black beans is the same thing...lawsuit waiting to happen. On top of this, my taco shell was completely broken up with the contents of my taco sitting in the cardboard holder with broken shell pieces on each side.
