Starbucks — Restaurant in El Paso

Ive always enjoyed Starbucks and this location. But I recently did have a bad experience with one of the employees. My gift card wasn't working in the cashier so I sat down to see what was going on. Go to the table and use my laptop instead to order through my gift card and see if I can make it work. A worker comes up to me and tells me so what happened and if I will make a purchase. I told him I'm still trying to figure out what happened with my gift card since it was brand new. Told me I can't be there unless I make a purchase. Didn't even give me ten minutes to figure out what was going on and instantly tells me that. Someone else comes in and doesn't make their purchase about 40 minutes later and I didn't see him go up to him and say you can't be here unless you purchase. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve ordered my drink the same way everywhere I went and I get what I want. This lady (Katie) will always tell me No. I’ve ordered for more than 15 years an iced tall doppio espresso with 3 pumps of white mocha and half and half. She then proceeds to tell me No, what you want is a white mocha. I said sure. We get to the window and barista hands me a hot white mocha. We returned it and said that’s not what we wanted, the barista looked confused , then gives me a white mocha with whip cream. We return it because I don’t like whip cream and I didn’t want cream. Anyways, a whole issue later we get my drink. I’ve worked as a barista at Starbucks myself and this was not that difficult to do. At the end of the day, it’s what the customer wants . I hate to say it but today is the last time I'll be going to this Starbucks spot. It has always been my go to location because they always have good customer service and because I live on Edgemere, so it's convenient. I am not sure what is going on because today was the sixth time they messed up my order. It's nothing fancy just a caramel macchiatto with whipped cream, double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich and a banana loaf. The coffee tasted horrible and they burnt the breakfast sandwich. The bread tasted like it was something they had opened and heated up earlier so part of it was soft and the other a little dry/hard. I'm giving 4 stars for the service because the barristas were very kind and polite. I don't know maybe you guys should taste the food and coffee you have been sending out.
