Worst service ever! Ordered 3 burritos with beans, and received attitude from the employees as a bonus. I picked up my burritos, no beans were added, and when I called to inform them of this I got more attitude from the employee. I was getting dismissed and got hung up on when I was asking for the owner's info stating that was personal information they couldn't give. I called again and was given a name, Leoalda and got hung up on again. I've never complained before about this facility which I've received bad service and even burnt burritos before this is why I decided to bring it to their attention this time. I've been a loyal patrion but I will never go back to this ciro's that the employees obviously need to be taught what actual customer service is and acquire an actual cook that knows not to put burnt food out for consumption. I wasn't even offered an apology. The employee placed the blame on the cook and stated they could make new burritos IF I want them but no apology for messing up my order. Just blame on one another. If the owner actually cares to make money, you need to teach your employees actual customer service skills and actually care to keep your customers happy with good quality food! When anyone places an order, they expect to get what they actually ordered because we're PAYING for it. I'm not asking for hand outs. And when a mistake is made on behalf of the restaurant, first thing that should be offered is an apology. If the owner reads this, which if you the owner cares about your business you'd pay attention to what your consumers say, minimum your consumers expect is that you give a damn and do something to better your business with better customer service and better cooks. Unfortunately, you know what they say, employees are a reflection of their leadership. I expect to be contacted by the owner of this Ciro's if they even give a damn....

Food: The Chile rellenos was oozing with cheese and flavorful green Chile. The steak was seasoned just right & the beans had a creamy taste. The salsa was boasting with flavors that'll keep you dipping. GET THEIR HORCHATA! Why a 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️? The tostadas were mildly stale & the rice doesn't hold a candle to my family's. Also the enchilada wasn't my favorite. Not to worry my cheese lovers, I did not let the cheese go to waste.
Service: It's not enthusiastic. I was checked on a couple minutes after my meal was served, but never checked on again when I wanted a refill on my drink. Business picked up shortly after i got my meal, so i understand. I was impressed with how well the servers memorized orders and I didn't notice any returned or wrong orders expressed. I also think they do a good job with team work between the 2 servers that were there.
Atmosphere: As soon as I walked in, the jams were a hit. Mostly classic hits. It's a restaurant you'll easily find comfort dining alone: there were as many solo diners as there were groupings enjoying the Ciro's atmosphere.

Read moreI've always come during the day. Usually for some delicious huevos ranchos. They are exceptional here if you don't mind how messy they can get. Tonight I decide to visit for din din and was kindly approached by Isabel on my way in. She sat me down and offered me a drink to which I replied with "Coffee Please!" I was surprised to find chipotle enchiladas on the menu and before I could ask she offered me a sample. I was hungry! As noted with my craving for tosdadas and three types of salsas available for me to eat; I enjoyed the meal. My tastebuds on fire went well with a late night caffeine retreat. The ending was no less significant as I got to indulge in the best flan I've had since abuelita Consuelo's homemade dessert was on Christmas eve many years passed. The overall ambience was that of a late night family diner reminiscent of 90's El Paso at a time when Selena ruled the top of the charts. J'aime manger ca va! 5/5
4/20 I've noticed a trend amongst some of my favorite restaurants during the covid-19 pandemic and this place seems to have resulted in the much the same. On several occassions I've ordered menudo and pay an absurd amount for what I get back. Not only does it have little to no meat but the amount doesn't even fill the cup. In addition, when I order breakfast burritos I get them extremely soggy. This is disgusting for this is a common practice when the cook wishes to spit on your food. This place has become a joke for the clowns running it treated it as a circus. Stay away from their menudo and burritos at all costs; not worth the...
