KFC — Restaurant in El Paso

I went last night to get my daughter something to eat. I got down to order and also because I had just come back from out of town, so I had to use the bathroom. I asked for the code, and one of the employees said someone was in there. So I waited about 5 minutes. A male employee comes out, and he closes the door. I asked if I could use the bathroom. He looked a bit nervous and started stuttering and said someone was in there clean. So I waited another 5 minutes, and then a female employee came out. At this point, I'm dancing around trying to hold it. So I ran in to use the bathroom, but then I noticed there were no cleaning supplies, and you could tell nobody had just finished cleaning in there. I felt a bit disgusted, but I felt like that was really odd. Even my daughter noticed how awkward that was for both of them to be in there and to come out one at a time, and there's only one toilet in there. There were 3 guys, and that one female working and they all seemed nervous, and one even came out to see if we left. I'm not trying to assume anything, but I'm in management, and there should never be two people in a closed bathroom cleaning for one stall. Especially a male in a female bathroom. They are to leave the door open and it only take one person. But again, that bathroom was not...

Last night, my partner and I were extremely hungry and noticed KFC. Plus, we had not been to KFC on a very long time, so we decided to try it out and use their Drive-thru. Our experience was not that pleasant, the employee look like she had a very long day and was ready to leave. We ordered a #3( an original three piece chicken, a drink and sides included), jalapeños, 4 biscuits, 2 small sides of mashed potatoes and a #20(chicken sandwich, fries and drink). We got our food and headed home. We did not check our order because we trusted the employees knew what they were doing and we just wanted to get home already. When we got home we noticed my meal was not included. We were missing 3 pieces of chicken, one small side of mashed patatoes and our jalapeños. Of course we were upset and we decided not to go back since its a 20 min drive and we were only passing by. Now, i checked online and noticed they close at 10 pm and it was already 10:30. When we got there it was 15 till closing and we were not aware of that so probably thats why the employee seemed tired and not friendly. I was left hungry and had to oder pizza. So I’m rating a 1 star to KFC and its employees who can’t keep up with good...

Unfortunately I went to have lunch, bought 3 pcs chicken tenders. 2 of them were hard to bite into it so there are RAW ! I go to the counter and ANGIE "manager" says we'll we go by a timer, i reply Yes but still raw, she took my food, makes a sign to me 'she could not even say a word' I go get my food and is just ONE tender I said there were 2 ma'am and she said we'll one is a size of 2 NO I paid for 3 gave 2 back SHE literally holding a second one with the thongs in her hand ! She is arguing! I said ma'am I'm not going to argue for a piece of chicken you have on your hand, keep your piece and I walked back with my ONE piece! Horrible service, Horrible etiquette Horrible leadership and really, really bad lunch experience. I am expecting a call from HER supervisor.is not the piece of chicken that upset me is her attitude, her demeanor of not caring her what ever attitude is my store and I decide what to give you kind of attitude.
