Despite being in the middle of El Paso, this old cemetery looks like it belongs out in the desert. There are some very old graves and many show their age. Observed owls and lizards, but more importantly, got to see the final resting place of Texas' most notorious outlaw, John Wesley Hardin. His grave is protected by a cage to prevent vandalism. If you walk to the other side of the cemetery, there lies John Henry Selman Sr., the man who shot Hardin in the back of the head after a dispute between Hardin and his son, John Selman Jr.

A unique stop in El Paso. Lots of history in this cemetery with Presidents, outlaws , buffalo soldiers and giants just to name a few of the residents.

🗣 Some say

At Concordia Cemetery, more than 60,000 folks have been laid to rest, and many lie in UN-rest, according to reports.

It’s said that the cemetery is so active with apparitions and other strange occurrences that the L&J Café across the street even gets some “business” from the cemetery’s ghosts.

Is there an afterlife?

Even Einstein the German born scientist said energy will never cease to...

Summer they have tours and events anout the people buries here, and if you dare try the paranormal tours at night. ...
