Hana Banana — Restaurant in El Paso

It was my first time ever attending this franchise. I was looking forward to it. Sadly upon our arrival I was very disappointed. First impressions make an impression, literally. This store was dirty! From when you are about to walk in. The door has not been cleaned or wiped down. The floor has not been mopped, the tables & chairs in the seating area were dirty, & unorganized. The ceiling where the AC vent is, is covered in residue & dust. The viewing window for toppings was also dirty & smeared... As we proceeded to place an order the young, chubby girl with glasses was unpleasant & lacks customer service skills. As I stated it was our fist time & was asking her questions for suggestions about items on the menu. She was completely clueless & uninterested in trying to help. We did place our order. While I waited I went to the bathroom & ewww it was just as disgusting as the rest of this whole establishment. All I noticed was more of the lack to clean their establishment. They handle food & I can only imagine what the prepping area looks like. 🤮 Personally I will not be back to the particular location. Hopping my next stop at another store will be...

I came in with my family the other day to try this place for the first time & I had a pretty big order for my family. I had a girl with glasses help take my order & WOW SHE WAS RUDE! The whole time she had a horrible attitude! She wasn’t smiling, never made eye contact (kept looking at the floor), she rolled her eyes a few times & she kept sighing as I would order. When I finished ordering she tossed the receipt toward me & walked away. She had an ugly & very unwelcoming attitude. I noticed that she was the same way with the other workers too. She made the experience very unpleasant. Next time I go, I will be asking to have someone else help me. I didn’t get her name & I wish I did, but...

I got the cheesecake and ice cream crepe, along with a second 2 topping crepe and a mango smoothie. Let me tell you, the cheesecake and ice cream crepe was disgusting. It was a large cheesecake slice inside of the crepe, overfilled with vanilla ice cream. It was so hard to eat this thing, it was overwhelming. Either the crepe itself needs to be larger, or the fillings need to be moderate. That was a $10 crepe, that had to be tossed because I had to remove some of the inside, and...
