Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in El Paso

To Whom May be Reading, I will start my 1000-page novel off by saying that my Dutch Bro family at this location is the best I have encountered I have been in the food and beverage industry for most of my life, and when I met these young ladies and gentlemen they gave me a feeling that I was a part of there family since day one and until now still hasn't changed and always welcoming with a smile and genuine conversation which nowadays is nonexistent and I believe what separates them from the rest of teams I have encountered is not only are they a great team that works side by side together is that you can see the family values that they have they always step in to help one another never leaving one of there team to struggle yes does it get tough serving the guests but you will never see it on there faces and that’s what makes them rising stars they should be very proud, I wish I was able to list all the names of my family there but I wouldn’t be doing them justice by that as they are all the best “Broristas”. Plz give them a shot and you won't be disappointed.

I just wanted to give the biggest shout-out that has ever been given on this planet 🫡🫡🫡 Thank you all for what you do because you guys never give the bare minimum and you guys embody your Core Values of Speed, Quality, and Service. See you guys tomorrow.

Normally my husband and I go here because we are WA locals who truly miss Dutch. But this experience I had just rubbed me wrong. Whoever took our order today(4/23/22 @12p) decided to say ew to my drink order, a gummy bear with blue raspberry. And was very condescending saying “girly are you okay” while gagging. While proceeding to say ew the entire time and ask if I actually wanted it. My husband gave his order, no remarks made. And as soon as we said three kids smoothies she decided to literally embody being repulsed by my kids. She told my husband she hopes he’s proud of his accomplishments. While making remarks on how gross kids are and that she was shocked we had three. My oldest daughter(4) said hi and she said “oh you actually are kinda cute”. She then told us how she doesn’t like kids and doesn’t spend any time with them. I wish I would have said something in the moment but I was shocked. If you want a better description of the employee, think knock off jules from euphoria.

Overall this does not align with Dutch values at all. We’ve always been super happy with each employee and experience, we are regulars and most of the employees know us based on our drink order. So this just really stuck out as something that...

So I cannot speak highly enough about Gabe!!! I went this morning fairly early with the intention of bringing back one drink for a friend of mine, however, the minute I encountered Gabe in the drive-through line, I was absolutely excited. He was extremely cheerful, super kind, super professional, such a positive energy that you just don’t find nowadays. Because of Gabe, I then ordered two additional drinks for my vehicle, and was so overwhelmed by his positive energy that I then paid for the vehicle behind me. It’s amazing what one individual can impact in a positive way, in the same token, if he had chosen to be neutral or negative, it probably would’ve impacted as well but his positivity definitely carried on way further, I will make it a point to stop off more often at this location just because of Gabe. Once I pulled up to the window to get my drinks, my daughter and I noticed that everybody inside also had a very positive energy and a very positive attitude and we feel like that entire location is just such a pleasant place to pull up to at any hour of the morning.
