I visited with some friends and had accidentally placed the order at the Woodrow bean location which I am aware was my mistake. I approached the side of the bar and I stood there for a few minutes and I was not helped. I then stood in front of the register and finally a girl by the name of Alyssa came up to me. I explained the situation and she was very rude. I had ordered my favorite smoothie and when she brought it out she threw the smoothie on the table and ran back to the register in a rush and didn't say anything else. My friends witnessed it and were shocked as they were also helped by her but she wasn't rude to them. The smoothie was also very bland and had no flavor. I walked in and there were 2 workers on site, one of them was sweeping with her airpods on, and the other one was just towards the back and didn’t acknowledge us. We didn’t get welcomed and it made us feel like they were closed. I then asked the girl that was sweeping with her airpods in if they were open and she said “yes.” My boyfriend then said Out loud “is anyone going to take Our order?” This is when AirPod girl came and took our order and charged us and proceeded to go back to sweeping. 8 minutes later, after standing there, the girl in the back finally acknowledged us and made my smoothie. The sandwich has the perfect kick with melty cheese and smoky flavor, and the smoothie is tropical, creamy, and super refreshing. Pro tip: get the salt and vinegar chips on the side — they tie it all together perfectly. Highly recommend this combo! My kids had a chicken quesadilla. Salsa was not the best.
