I have been a customer since their days in Juarez only roughly 30 years. However, the quality of the flautas have gone south mainly for little items that are being overlooked but need to get addressed. If you compare them to the Juarez products this is what you will find: they don't skimp out on the Mexican sour cream like they do here; the onions are very thinly sliced the ones in El Paso are so thick that when you bite into them you are overwhelmed by onion versus the taste of the flauta itself; the Jamaica & lemonade drinks are not natural but powdered; some servers are friendly but several are not & not to mention you have to stand in long lines to order - in Juarez they still take your order at the table like a real restaurant not like a fast food chain. This is how a restaurant starts to fail in El Paso, please read and correct if you want to stay in town. If you want an example of this just look at El Tacotote they were very good in the beginning just like Juarez - they started skimping out on their meats, the salsas, their prices got too high, etc. now you drive by them and there is little activity in them they have even closed a couple.
