I came in to pick up an order I placed over the phone. I walked up and waited by the dessert glass between the 2 registers since no one was there, but I could see 4 employees about 10 feet away talking and laughing. I was raised to wait until you are acknowledged or called up before you interrupt, so I waited there looking at the group of employees talking for 5 minutes. One of them was obviously the manager or person in charge chatting and playing with his keys. I made eye contact with all of those there but no one came over to help me, but simply continued their conversation. Eventually, another female employee came up, but instead of acknowledging me, she began wrapping up other orders and then began putting away the dessert I was waiting to order. After her second trip she asked me, "Are you ready to order?" Still not even a hello, but I just explained I had been ready to order and that I wanted 2 desserts and to pick up my phone order. She rang me up and I left. I don't understand why no one would even say a word to me for so long. As a business manager myself, I felt disrespected to not even be greeted or acknowledged. Read moreThis is the first time in years that I feel compelled to complain about the service at LaMadelaine. Just 30 minutes ago my husband went in to the restaurant and ordered , like he does once a week, i the Chicken Parisian. Like always , no bacon. Was done incorrectly. So my husband returned it and advised he had asked for no bacon. The person proceeded to hand pick the bacon off the sandwich. When my husband saw this, he said, no no , remake the sandwich, don’t just pick out the bacon. The worker did and gave him the sandwich with just bread and chicken in spite . Husband proceeded to ask for the manager Jacqueline Torres who smirked at the situation and didn’t assist. My husband was frustrated at this point returned all the pastries and sandwich and said just refund me everything, I’m leaving. To add insult to injury, she shortchanged him the amnt. Original total was 30 dollars and change and she just refunded 26.00. What upsets me more is that my husband felt racially targeted because his English is broken. This is not the way to treat a valued tiered customer. Shame on you...

Campbell's onion soup concentrate served straight out of the can with boiled onions And literally 6 shreds of cheese on top that weren't even broiled. Total Inedible saltbomb! I was told the cheese would melt from the heat in the soup. But the soup are served barely over Room temperature. I sent this train wreck back
