Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

Would give 0 stars if possible. We attempted to order some pizza over the phone while heading out in that direction. We were never able to get through and were nearby so we pulled into the drive through where we asked the young lady if it would be ok to order. She was polite and stated that would be ok and took our order. We waited about 10min for the total and were told it would be about 25 min for our order to be ready. After waiting for another 5 min, another lady in a black polo came out and in a stern voice let me know I was not supposed to be ordering from the drive through and that it would be 1 hour for our order to be ready. We asked to cancel the order and the female said ok and then proceeded to process the refund. To be clear, the time frames did not bother us. The young lady who first assisted was courteous and did not bother us. It was the attitude and condescending tone of the 2nd female that will cause my family to never go back. We were never told not to order in the drive thru, had no issues parking to order or pulling off to the side. Certain employees at this location have an opportunity to improve their communication...

Definitely understand this is a new store and are just getting into the swing of things, but this experience is unacceptable. I ordered online for curbside pick up at 6:54pm and was told order would be ready between 7:10pm-7:20pm. I show up at about 7:25pm and someone comes out to ask for my name. I see young lady run in and check computers and talk to a couple of people. Then another young lady comes out and say "I'm sorry, but its going to be another hour before your order is ready" ANOTHER HOUR?!?!?!? She stated she could cancel my order and give me a coupon for free cheesy bread on my next visit. Or I can wait. I mean if they hadn't made my order yet they could of said 20-30 mins and thrown my pizzas in right away. It just seemed like no one new what was going on and were overwhelmed. Great pizza and excellent service! I found Marco's pizza on google maps when a friend and I were looking for a quick bite to eat. We decided to give it a try and were both plesently suprised by the quality. We ordered two large pizzas, one Pepperoni, Jalapeño, and the other Pepperoni and sausage. The quality of the cheese, sauce, and crust were excellent and all toppings were plentiful and fresh. Both pizzas had great quality and taste! We will definitely be ordering from this location more often.The employees were also very friendly and the service was excellent. Marco's Pizza will also deliver to the Brewtopia Taphouse down the street which is convenient if you're enjoying some craft beer and looking for a bite to eat.
