I've not been to a Pizza Hut in yrs. I remember the salad bars, etc. I ordered a thin crust special. After it was done I went straight home, only a mile or so away. I sat down, anticipating an enjoyable meal.
Ordered pizza, breadsticks, wings, and cinnamon rolls online. Was told a 4:10 delivery time. Got a text message 20 minutes later saying DOORDASH was delivering. Its now been an hour and no pizza. The delivery time keeps moving up. We called to cancel the order, and can't even speak to someone IN the Pizza Hut location (it was a call center). They told us they can refund us all but what we added as tip for the DOORDASH driver -- what kind of BS is that? We were never informed when we ordered that we were having it delivered by DOORDASH or we would have never ordered.
We went to the store to see what the deal was and were told it was cancelled, yet again they can't refund us for the delivery fee that the driver from DOORDASH, who never came, gets.

Today I placed an order on my app. Showed up to pick it up just to find out they had not started it. I was told it would take 15-20 more minutes. Went to park in the front and walk around with my kiddos. 25 minutes later the lady at the front told me that she didn't know what happened but it was not being made. She went back and 10 more minutes later told me that it was in the oven. She confused me because of the time. I can't believe it. She blamed it on the system. Really, why set wrong expectations?
