The service in this place is not good at all!! My fiancée and I walked in and no one and I mean absolutely no one acknowledged us or even bothered to ask us what they could do for us. No “welcome to tropical cafe” nothing. And there were about four or five workers there and none of them looked at us or asked us or welcomed us. I finally had to speak to them to place an order. They all looked mad or in a bad mood as well. The tone of this place was also one that doesn’t feel very inviting at all. The only saving grace is the food which does taste very good. Strangely enough immediately after we order and sat down another lady came in and they verbally welcomed her and took her order and even took it to her table. Yet wet get treated as if we were inferior people. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. But I will in fairness try other locations. Customer service is what makes me want to return or never look back. All your employees seriously need to work on improving...
Read moreThe best customer service I’ve EVER received! I accidentally made an online order at the wrong location. When I called the store @the fountains they gave me the option of calling the store that I was headed to, to place my order for me, so they don’t have to charge your card twice. The employee that offered to call the store on Woodrow Bean trans. Dr., did not call. The customer service at this location is vastly different than the location at the fountains. I made the manager aware of how different the customer service was and she offered any way to help make my experience better. You can not ask that type or professionalism/ attitude from a 30 working anywhere let alone a young person. I am completely inspired by the different atmosphere this manger has created at this store for I had lost all hope in the customer service industry...
Read moreI greatly appreciated Marie at this location! We visited today and one of the workers finished making my order, and left it for over 15 minutes sitting on the drive through counter. The girl and man in the drive through weren’t really attentive to any of the customers or orders, and left Marie to do the work by herself. As i waited for my order, I watched Marie single handedly handle all of the orders that were going through, and remake my smoothie as it had been sitting on the counter for so long. I greatly appreciate employees like Marie, and wish that her team was more reliable.
