Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in El Paso

First of all we went to sonic and there was barley any ice cream in our three large root beer floats. Only the bottom was filled with ice cream and the last time I checked that’s not how a root beer float is made. I should know I make them at work :) I proceeded to call to complain and I wasn’t being rude or anything and she told me “the ice creams at the side sweetheart I should know I made them” that’s the rudest customer service I have ever encountered and the rude lady who told me that shouldn’t be working in costumer service and should be fired. I get how late it is and you were about to close, but I am still a guest and shouldn’t be treated like that. There was no apology and that’s what makes me more upset and made me write this horrible review :). This is not the first time I went there and encountered bad customer service another lady used words like “ugh and there’s no point in using this coupon” you should really check on your employees....

If I could leave zero stars I would. When I was ordering, the gentleman (CHRISTOP) was just saying OK OK OK but yet I repeated myself and yet I still have my order wrong instead of repeating the order back to me. I didn’t get no answer. I didn’t know how much it was so the young lady that came in to give us our food. I asked her I don’t know what my order is. Can you repeat that for me and what she did was just Handed me back the receipt so I can read it cause she didn’t read it to me. She look like she was miserable Didn’t wanna work there I honestly think these young teenagers having jobs at night should give some type of an effort. I still had pickles in my meal even though I told my my order three times the little boy was just answering OK OK OK. Where is experience my burger wasn’t even that great. Definitely never coming back. Young lady didn’t even bring me my debit...

Went 7/4 at 9p.m. First the speaker wasn't working so worker came out we ordered the chicken strips THE WORKER ASKED IF WE WANTED TO MAKE THE FRIES LARGE WE SAID YES then we ordered extra bbq sauce chili dog shake mozzarella sticks THE ORDER TOOK OVER 30 MINUTES when our order Finally came they forgot our sauce hotdog so we asked for something to drink since we had to want SO LONG and STILL WAITING to get the order RIGHT well the MANAGER(short heavyset lady) came to the car told us we cant be asking for free food we said we just wanted something to drink Then she was GIVE ME BACK THE FOOD AND ILL GIVE U BACK UR MONEY AND LEAVE ---How this lady became a MANAGER is a JOKE does not know how to give CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm SURPRISE she STILL HAS A JOB THERE WITH THAT...
