Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in El Paso

I'm not the type to leave reviews, this will be my first. Two months ago I stopped by this Sonic to pick up dinner. I ordered four meals and only received One whole meal , the drinks and three orders of onion rings. Upon finding this out ( already home) I called Sonic and the manager asked me to come in and pick up what was missing. I wasn't able to due to being in a rush and having to be somewhere else at a certain time. So he got my info and promised to credit my account for what I didn't receive and it would take about three weeks. I waited a month and nothing so I returned and the manager said to give him two more weeks and if I didn't receive my money back he would just give me a gift card to cover what I spent. I waited another month. So I go today and ask to speak to a manager and he tells me they update their system every month and don't have any record of what they owe me and can't do anything about it. I show him my receipt from two months ago and then he asks me to describe the previous manager. Once I do he says he's the only manager at that store ( the Only manager). So what can I do, I just told him I'll take it as a loss after he made me feel like I was after a free meal. I'm very dissapointed, Sonic you have lost...

This most recent time and a few others I asked for a cup holder and either the car hopper rolled their eyes, sighed, or simply turned around and didn't say anything when you would ask "is there anything else I can offer, you" or along those lines. I am literally ordering 4-8 beverages and you see no other 3-7 people in the car to assist in carrying the drinks... I mean even asking before hand if a carrier would be better or can be provided would be considerate. A simple smile when attwnding and making sure nothing else is needed or wanted before leaving the area permanently since it's not a regular sit in restaurant where you go and get waited on ever set of minutes.
