Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Paso

I deliver for Uber Eats and was picking up an order through the drive through. They told me they won't give me the order and I need to go inside. There was no way of getting out of the drive through lane so I had to wait my turn to leave the queue. What's the point of this? You inconvenience me, the customer, and themselves. Not to mention I sometimes order a snack while doing deliveries. Were they really gonna give me my food and then force me to go inside to pick up the order?

They no longer help you inside the store. You have to order by kiosk while they just stand and wait for you to order. We asked for help and they said no you have to place your own order. This is the third time I went in there and my whole order was cold. So apparently they think serving botulism to their people so that you get sick and possibly die from it is OK. Each time I called after receiving cold orders from them not only can the store manager not fix the problem but they apparently agree that poisoning people it’s OK if you cook some thing and serve it to them ice cold it’s botulism and poison and nobody wants that.
