Starbucks — Restaurant in El Paso

Starbucks is a joke with the people they hire. I had originally been a regular at the airway location, until they employed this insufferable girl with a bad orange dye job. She was snarky and rude and overall off putting, I had even shared this with their manager and even decided to change my regular location to THIS one, at first a massive improvement. Then just the other day, I come in and there she is, and once again she speaks condescendingly to me over my order. She's also so incapable of taking orders! How could it take 5 tries for her to get my uncustomized 2 drink order right!? "ok can you repeat that?" "one more time please?" "what was the first drink?" Are you kidding me?! Then when I ask her about it she tells me it's ok, she knows what she's doing because she's a manger and she's been a manager for over a year. It's incredible that incompetence like this is promoted within this company. I will be dropping starbucks all together and switch over to another...

Bad service was a gold card member before they changed it to stars. I was at another store just a few days prior and they also did not have the coffee I liked but gave me an alternative for my choice. This one refused to do the same, didn't know what they were doing cause it's 50 stars for a free cup of choice they tried charging me and stated I didn't have enough stars that It was 150 for a cup. I show the guy the redeem chart which shows 50 but he says that's not enough, I asked him to try and process my redeem cost once again and it goes through. Then he says I have to wait 10 minutes for my coffee cause they don't make it after a certain time, I asked him about the coffee that was offered to me at the other store and he says he can't honor that and I have to wait for the one he needed to brew first. This store needs training on customer service...

I used to go there daily for the wifi and charging. But suddenly two days ago, the police showed up and said that a friend and myself had to leave and if we returned we'd be arrested. But, they couldn't come up with a reason for wanting us to leave. I went there for over 2 yrs with no problems at all. Any time I went, you would never know I was there when I left. I would clean up the patio area multiple times daily when I was there. But, suddenly, were no longer welcome there. But one person that constantly causes incidents and outbursts was never even acknowledged for his actions. But maybe that's because he's not Black that he's still welcome there.
