Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in El Paso

I ALWAYS order through drive-thru and now i know why. Today we decided to go in and eat. No one greeted us, it took about 1 solid minute for the clerk to turn around to say, "May I take your order?" Still no, "Hi! Welcome to Weinerschnitel!" You know, kind of like Subway or Tmobile. So I give her my order and asked her to add cheese to our order. You can't have the chili dog without the cheese, right! I was content. But when we got our order, the chili dogs had no cheese. So I went to the counter to tell them and a different cashier told us she needed to charge us for the cheese. I was upset because it was not my mistake. It was the cashier's mistake because I had told her to add cheese when I ordered. The cashier then said, that she still had to charge me because they still get in trouble. I couldn't believe it. I am pretty sure a real Manager on duty would eat the cost of cheese for customer satisfaction. I will not be going there again. I would rather make the drive to another one next time. I gave 2 stars for terrible...

Went through Drive up window...after the 2pm...wanted High school kids back in class.l had a coupon and figured most of the pre-made food, such as French fries would begone. I received such horrible food, the fries were so cold and Shriveled up ! The Corn dogs were also probably made in the morning, the Chile-cheese fries, were so old ...it looked like some one else ordered it...and didn't pick up....So l got it !!! Horrible...it seems Drive through customers ....get the old and left over Food. The problem is you don't realize the quality of the food until you get home and sit down to eat it. I...

First was told off by a very rude lady in glasses n tattoos all over (Helga I believe) tryin to tell me my survey code which is valid for 30 days was expired before even looking at it! She didn’t even ask what it was, she only asked from when was the receipt from. After we corrected her by showing that it states “within 30 days” she started telling us everything we wanted was OFF the menu. Was told after 7 PM its her personal decision to not sell certain items on the menu. You can’t order kraut dogs at this location if it’s after 7PM. Why even have a dang menu and offers for surveys if...
