I went in for a Latte macchiato and the ābarristaā stated that not even a thing. Now keep in mind about 5yrs ago this was an actual drink in the menu and when taken off the menu they should still understand the different type of drinks there are. This barista continues to argue with me stating she been here for 8 yrs and yet she doesnāt know her drinks. After being extremely frustrated as there only a select few Starbuck of Starbucks that have actually understood what this drink is and consist of. For reference google definition of a latte macchiato is ā A latte macchiato may be prepared simply by frothing milk, generally producing generous foam, pouring it into a glass, and adding espresso. The frothing is generally extensive, yielding significant light, "dry" foam, with a layer of liquid milk underneath, rather than the "wet" microfoam used in latte art.ā Not only was a barista uneducated in regards to their drinks but also her attitude was completely unprofessional. I proceeded to explained in lamented terms that itās pretty much a upside down latte she states āwell you couldāve just said thatā obviously being too early in the morning to deal with attitude. I walked out no drink no food I went to another location that one had a very positive attitude and knew what I was talking about at least saved Starbucks...

I avoid this location usually because of the service and just move on with my day. Today, the guy at the counter and the guy in the drive through were both very nice. However, the two girls behind the counter were talking bad about someone (whether a customer, a friend, a bf, idk). Either way, unprofessional from the start and then my entire order was completed except for one drink. The two girls were making other drinks, which is fine, but I stood there for about 5 minutes with my hands full of my order before I stopped one of them and asked them about the last drink...Andrea....rolled her eyes (maybe she has a thing or something where she doesn't realise she is rolling them) so ill let that slide and then just said.. yeah, it's coming. Not a single person greeted me or said sorry for the wait or thank you for waiting. Finally the other girl handed me my drink and just walked away. I walked out saying have a great day for them. ššš
Just avoid this location because it hasn't gotten any better in the 3 years...

I called the store two days in a row and asked for extra vanilla sweet cream and the employee was extremely rude. He said I needed to make the request on the app and when I said the option wasnāt available he argued that he sees modifications everyday so he knows itās there. Day two he was even more argumentative and said Maāam if weāre busy weāre not gonna answer the phone. Said heād show the delivery driver how to show me how to use the app implying I didnāt know how but driver never shown either. Today I used the actual SB app and called and spoke with Nicolas. Very patient and kind tried walking me through my order and apologized for the other employees attitude. You need more Nicolasās and please find out who that other gentleman is and donāt ever let him work with customers because heās terrible at it and heās gonna drive away your business.
