Starbucks — Restaurant in El Paso

Worst Starbucks experience ever. They don't understand regular Starbucks lingo so they mess up your drink. I waited 15 minutes for the barista to make me a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher while customers that came after me got their frappuccino and left. I had to ask what happened to my drink. They need to do better there. If they were apologetic for their shortcomings and not have a nasty attitude then I would understand since they are probably working there because of work study. They don't know how to make decent drink...

Employees play loud Spanish music that makes it hard to concentrate when trying to study. Employees also seem to have alot of student friends that come by and talk endlessly rating the hotness of girls. I wish they would stick to the generic Starbucks music that serves as background music rather than making their job a hangout for them and their friends. Even though this is a campus Starbucks and not corporate owned, this starbucks is always very fast and relatively busy. The employees here don't get tips even though they should! The only negative comment I have to make about this location is that they are always out of stock of things I like to order, when I have my classes in the evening, which is actually understandable...
