Experience Edit I placed in online order. I wanted to be able to just be able to get to the restaurant and drive up to pick up my order. I swear to God!!! They took so long the guy in the front car literally fell asleep. I had to get off my car and knock on his window. So that he could move forward. The staff didn't even care. They were just walking around not doing anything inside the restaurant. Once I was able to pull up to the front. I just got off my car. And went inside. Which i did NOT WANT TO DO. When I got off. The staff was very rude. I was not greeted coming in. The place looked very dirty. And the staff did not double check my order. They just tossed the bag to me. I reminded them I had ordered coffee along with the order. I HAD TO WAIT AM EXTRA 10 MINUTES FOR THE COFFEE. Please keep in mind i had already waited in the drive threw 20. I got off the car. Which defeated the purpose of placing the order for drive threw so I wouldn't have to get off. And than having to wait more. Please keep in mind i was coming from the hospital visiting a sick relative. And than I get home there is NO SYRUP FOR THE PANCAKES. NO BUTTER. IT'S A SHAME!!! This happens to me every time I go to this establishment. It makes me sad because I keep going trying to see if things have improved... but sadly no. I'm going to put all my experiences. Read moreLate night Drive-Thur takes forever usually around 30 minutes and the fact that they have a security guard to watch over the drunk college kids is kinda creepy, Utep kids are usaly not violent and tend to behave them selfs so this seems unnecessary. I came by this morning around 4:45 I was the only one there and it still took about 20 for them to make 3 taquitos. Next time I want whataburger I will drive 20 minutes out of way to there other location on donaphin. Another bizarre thing that happened to me there was when I was paying I noticed the drive-Thur attendant choughing like she had a cold. So I asked do you have a cold she just gave me a vacant look, so I asked again in Spanish do you have a cold... she doesn't say anything and goes and gets the manager, so I explained my self "I was asking if your employe had a cold because she was coughing and sneezing" . The lady responded , she's just the cashier ? After that I felt awkward because of the bizarre verbal exchange they really weirded me out. I speak English and Spanish fluently and they looked at me like I was speaking Chinese and didn't seam to understand what I was trying to communicate to them.. Read moreI am a regular customer at this location and usually things go smoothly, but 2 days ago, I had the worst experience ever. When I got to the window to get my order, they told me they didn't have any tea, which I totally understand but once I told the cashier that I don't drink anything else, he still charged me for the whole meal even through I wasn't taking anything. When I questioned him about it, he told me to hold on, he came back a minute later and told me they found some tea in the back. He gave me my order and said thank u. I was about to drive off when I noticed he didn't give me my change, I knocked on the window and asked him for my change that he gave me wrong and no receipt. I was on my way to work so I just left. When I began eating my food, I realized the tea tasted like water, there must of been no more than %20 of actual tea.
