I would give less if I could. I ordered books for a course. I ordered them 7 business days before the class was set to start knowing that the shipping would take 4 to 7 business days. I got a notification on 8/19 that it was shipping that day which left plenty of time for the books to arrive. The following Monday I still had not recieved my books, as well as that Tuesday. I called and left messages on Tuesday and Wednesday because I realized I did not have a tracking number on the email they sent. No one answered my emails or phone messages. On Thursday someone answered the phones and I found out that my books were still sitting in their store. She asked if I wanted them shipped. Well, yes I did want them shipped last week because I paid shipping. I told her I needed the books now and asked for over night shipping. She agreed and said they would go out overnight on Friday. I still never got a verification of the shipment. I am now 2 weeks into my course and though I have paid for books do not have them. I am very disappointed with this location. I have never had an issue with any other UT affiliate bookstore. I am now waiting for them to open to maybe talk to someone and get my order sorted out. I'm ready to cancel and order from Amazon. I do not recommend this...

I had a terrible experience. For my CIS class we had to purchase an access code that was $185 dlls so I went in and ask for the access code but they ran out of them, so I had to place a special order which took forever and I've already missed important assignments from my class. The fact that they ran out of books got me to think that the people that work here are incompetent meaning that they can't even do their job properly. I mean they should have access to Goldmine to see how many people are enroll in that particular class and order that amount or even a little more just in case but I believe they just order books randomly with no particular order whatsoever. I was told I was going to receive an email telling that my book had arrive, I checked every day for 2 consecutive weeks and nothing, so I went today and my book was there and so I told the guy that work there that I hadn't received an email telling that my book had arrive and he just said "ooomm we sent you one". This place needs some serious training in how they function as a business. Plus almost all the books/access codes are over price...

Profesor sent an email with the books we needed on Thursday night and classes started the following Monday. I ordered the books from the bookstore on Friday and opted for "next business day" when asked about shipping and it said that the books would arrive in one or two business days. The books didn't even ship until Tuesday afternoon and I got a message saying they would be delivered Wednesday day by 9:00 PM. Later on Wednesday I get a message that the books would be delivered on Thursday by 3:00 PM. I need the books urgently, which is why I opted for next business day, but I learned my lesson.
