Before I start it’s important that future customers are aware that they’ll give you a free donut if you show them that you left a 5 star review. That is why they have so many 5 star reviews. Don’t take negative reviews lightly, they’re probably the most honest reviews you’ll read for this business.

The first time I came here in January 2023 the drive thru service was ridiculously slow. We spent 20 minutes waiting in the hot sun (yes it was hot that day and it was almost noon so the sun was right above us) and there was only one car ahead of us. Once we made it around the drive thru and saw the parking lot only had 3 cars and it was empty inside. We were confused as to what took so long especially since we saw 3 employees working and one standing outside on the phone. Anyway, between our iced coffees and the donuts we purchased, everything tasted amazing. So the wait time we had to endure was water under the bridge. We thought we had found our new spot as we love to support as many small businesses as possible. Albeit, we decided next time it would be best to order inside.

Well… we have given this place 2 additional chances since our first visit and it appears we won’t be getting the quality we got the first time we went. The iced coffee always has coffee grounds at the bottom and the 2 subsequent times I’ve ordered the vanilla bean iced coffee, it never has the vanilla beans like it did the first time AND the iced coffee doesn’t even taste like vanilla but it is sweet. It’s almost like they have a big batch of sweetened iced coffee ready for busy periods. We had ordered a caramel and vanilla iced coffee and they both tasted exactly the same. It was just sweetened iced coffee with whipped cream at the top. The cost of these iced coffees is too high to be slacking off on people’s orders.

Consistency is extremely important in order to establish customer retention.

I understand that at certain times it can get a bit busy but it’s important for employees not to take out their frustration on customers by having an attitude, rushing a customer while they’re placing an order, and rolling their eyes every time a new customer walks in. Management needs to make sure they are scheduling enough people during busy hours. I usually don’t go grab coffee or a meal unless I have the time, so I personally don’t care if I have to wait as long as what I ordered comes out the way I expect it to, especially after giving a generous tip.

I don’t think I’ll be coming back here anymore.

It was our first visit ever and I really wanted to love it here. The donuts were delicious!

Customer service? Not so much...

I asked the nice worker last Saturday about any products that may have nuts, as my daughter is allergic to tree nuts. She kindly turned to her team lead (who maybe was on break and was too busy talking on her cell about some party that night) and she literally laughed at the worker (or me, who knows). Her response was that if we don't see nuts they don't have nuts (mocking laugh followed that remark).

Team lead: on break or not, you are behind the counter representing the company you work for. If you don't know the answer, you should at least respond in a professional manner with your obvious lack of knowledge.

Owners: please ensure your workers learn the importance of food allergies and being knowledgeable about the products they are selling!

I will never visit again, and that's a shame because I would have become a loyal weekly customer. That's the positive lesson here for my little girl who was present for the team lead's mockery - we have purchasing power as consumers, and my money will definitely be spent...

I like the concept. But poor planning by Glazy ruined my first experience here.

I ordered a dozen assorted to treat my team to a fancy doughnut breakfast in the morning. They looked beautiful in the display. I paid close to $34. Not cheap for 12 doughnuts by any means but I wanted something amazing.

The doughnuts were not packaged properly and nearly all of them were smashed up by the time I got to unboxing them at work. Apparently the boxes they were packaged in were not big enough and ruined them as they were sort of stacked on each other.

The whole point of buying these was for the presentation and all I got was a mangled mess that looked unappetizing.

The taste was mediocre. Maybe I was given the last stale doughnuts of the day? Whatever the case, $34 for mangled stale doughnuts? Really. Too bad. They look really cute but we won’t be returning. We feel that by paying a premium for a product, at the very least Glazy should provide proper packaging. As far as the stale doughnuts, maybe offer a discount and disclose that they are day old doughnuts? (Note: I ordered these in the evening)

Overall we were sad and disappointed by our...

My husband and I ordered an assorted dozen donuts and had a donut tasting party with our daughter. I would recommend ordering individual donuts unless you are planning to buy donuts for a large group. These are large raised yeast donuts with various toppings and fillings. One donut should be plenty of dessert for the average person. I do not regret my decision because the majority of the donuts were delicious, but I will not be ordering a whole dozen again for less than a party of 6 people. My husband and I split the donuts between us so we could taste each of them, and rank them from best to worst (in our opinion). Even with only a bite or two of each donut, I am sad to report that two flavors have still gone untasted because I do not think either of us can eat another morsel. So far our favorites list would include the lemon meringue, s'more, and maple bacon (which is what I originally came there to try). I will definitely eat here again, and probably bring some donuts to friends as well. I would recommend this place if you love donuts and enjoy generous portions. The donuts are 100% worth the cost (a little under $3 each for most varieties).
