Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Paso

Of all the Taco Bell locations I have been to, this is by far the best. The one by Wal-Mart on Mesa always gets my drive-through order wrong, and the lobby isn't so great either. The one by Franklin High School is so-so, and the one down town is a complete joke. Other Taco Bells on the east side and around El Paso are so-so with normal mistakes and issues for a fast food restaurant but this location definitely out-stands them all. The few times they get an order wrong they will gladly fix it with a smile on their faces, and let you keep the mistaken item rather than throw it away.

Some other reviews here brought up so stupid things. Like it not being a "real Mexican" restaurant. Taco Bell in no way tries to represent "real mexican" food. It's fast food, get over it. Went in to order my food sat down and not one person said hello to me. They acted like how dare I come into their dining room. If they don't want people to come in they should close it.An employee was sweeping around where I was eating and then he was going to mop and I asked him to stop. I think the manager was over in the corner doing paperwork with headphones . She saw what going on but didn't really seem to care. I was only the person that was in the place. They also had the restrooms locked up to where you had to ask them and show a receipt to make sure you bought something. I ordered the nacho fries box which was warm at the best. You would think the way things are now they would be glad that any customer came in. I like Taco Bell. It's not like I'm never going to go to Taco Bell again. Just not the restaurant on North...

Taco Bell here on Mesa is one of those places you go to if you want something quick, delicious and cheap. I like this location because of the fact it is always clean and everyone here gives great customer service. I went ahead and ordered the Mexican Pizza with the two Tacos. It was prepared really quick and it was correctly proportioned. Some Taco Bell locations tend to really skimp on items like meat and give you too much filler like lettuce. I in know I am being petty, but just took off a star because they sell the best item on the menu. The iconic Enchirito!!! Please bring it back!!! I promise to go more often! None of your new offerings appeal to me one bit. They are way too gimmicky. Like Snake Bite Fries??!! Come on...
