I am a big fan of Taco Bell. I love their menu. Baja blast is delicious (even though it has over 70g of sugar per serving but thats besides the point). I have a few issues with this particular Taco Bell. The service is not bad, the staff are generally nice and patient. The problem lies in what comes out of the kitchen. When someone spends around $5 for a crunch wrap supreme, and it comes out of the kitchen looking flatter than a CD with almost no toppings in it, there's a problem. Almost EVERY time I get a crunch wrap from this location it comes either falling apart, no toppings, poorly folded, etc. Secondly their chalupa. Every time I get a chalupa from this location it comes out stone cold. I don't mean cold as in sitting on the rack for too long, I mean "from the refrigerator" cold. What I think is happening is that they are taking the chalupa shell out of the cooler and then when they put the hot contents inside they top it with lettuce and tomato which is also cold. So the overall temp of the chalupa is as if it all came out of the refrigerator. The poorly constructed crunch wrap supreme has happened so many times that I stopped eating at this location. Its a waste of money in my opinion. I literally live within a mile or two of this location. I drive all the way to the one near Pockets because I don't want to waste my money. Look the staff are nice but the crunch wrap guy/girl needs more training. And for the love of god take the chalupa shells out of the...
Read moreOur experience with the lady at the front window that took our order was fine,But the man behind her was very very rude, the first event that took place was we didn’t receive 3 of the items that we ordered and we purposely stayed by the window while we checked our bag so that I didn’t have to swing back around and go inside to ask for what was missing. At that time I saw in the corner of my eye, the guy on duty throw his hands up in the air being impatient. And so at that point I let the lady know at the window that we were missing 3 chalupas. Magically the guy behind her had it in his hand and handed it over to her to give to me. We received no hot sauce when I had even asked for extra hot sauce at the speaker so I had to swing around anyways and go inside to ask for some. At that point I was ignored and it took about 3-5 min for someone to address that I was waiting off on the side for hot sauce when the guy was there at the front counter and had already given someone hot sauce in front of me. Not to mention we get home to eat and discover that our crunch wrap supremes are cold and soggy and torn and not even put together properly they were so soggy that the bag that holds them was torn from being wet and handled in the bag. I have pics on file and would be...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible. I am a driver for urber eats and I live in El paso Tx. I had a a pickup delivery for a customer at 5300 Dyer at 3 A.M. on Saturday night which would be Sunday early morning. It was a order for 2 party packs. The man approached me at the drive thru window saying he only had meat for 6 tacos and it would be 30 mins to get the order done. I said ok let me see what the customer says. While I'm checking the man just stares at me instead of getting anything started.. which to me is very unprofessional that he didn't take initiative and get the meat started.. he thought we were going to cancel or the customer would cancel and say no it's too long. The customer said it's ok for 30 mins and I told her I would go ahead and wait for her order. This was around 3:10 am. I was waiting and waiting it was already passed 30 mins and still no answer or anyone coming with the order. I could see 3 individuals in there at that time. I did ask what time they closed and he told me at 4. I saw another car drive away like they told her they had no meat either and she drove off. You are losing business with the staff beign lazy. I got my order in 50 mins.. very upset and...
