Valentina's Restaurant — Restaurant in El Paso

DO NOT COME HERE! I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I went to have an early dinner with my boyfriend and his mom at 4:15, they did not give us or other customers simple tostadas and salsa and the food came out cold. The manager was our server and I was utterly disappointed with the lack of service. If they don't want customers coming in an hour before they should close at 4. It is so sad and I hope the owner sees this because it is really hard to mess up simple Mexican dishes. We went in hungry and came out unsatisfied and just displeased with how they treated my mother in law in not offering basic service. Will not be coming back, and if the owner would would like to know who was the manager in duty, we dined on 11/21/23 around...

THE SERVICE IS GREAT AND THE WAITRES THE FOOD IS EXCELENT MEXICAN PLATES TO ALSO OTHER PLATES. ALSO GOOD SERVICE. ACTUALY SHES A VERY SOCIAL PERSON CAUSE SHE EVEN REMEMBERD MY PARENT SEING HER BY HER SELF AND SHE WAS MENTIONING THAT SHE LOVES TO SING MUSIC AND ALSO SHE IS A SOCIAL PERSON THAT LOVES TO TALK ABOUT HER STORIES OF HER LIFE AND ALSO MENTIONS HER KIDS ALSO IN THE CONVERATIONS WITH THE WAITRES ALSO THE WAITRES IS THE OWNER OF THE RESTARAUNT ALSO BUT WAITRES. BUT YOU ALL PPL THAT ARE MEXICAN FOOD LOVERS SHOULD GO THERE AND EAT THERE ALSO CAUSE LIKE I SAID THE WAITRES N OWNER OF BUSSINESS. COOKS ARE EXELENT COOKS AND THE PLACE HAS A STENSIVE SPACE AND ALSO PJBLIC RESTROOM FOR MEN AND WOMAN INDIVIDUALY SO GO HAVE SOME FOOD AT VALENTINAS...

Me and my mom came to this restaurant and they had very bad service and they didn't give us tostadas they said cause they were already closing we got here at 4 and they don't close till 5... And my mom asked for a Limon for her tea and it had no juice and it was hella hard and old. The food was not that good for the price. And the waiter was being rude and disrespectful. And I had to get the Chile from the back counter cause they never gave us any and I had to ask for napkins as well. Don't even come to this restaurant they are so cheap here . The price for the food and service is not worth it. Never coming...
