I’ve enjoyed this restaurant’s breakfast for a while now, and it’s conveniently located just around the corner from my business. I’ve placed delivery orders several times in the past—most recently this past Saturday. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience when I called to place an order today. The owner answered the phone, and when I provided my address (which is literally around the corner - 0.3 miles away), her tone became aggressive. She told me they don’t deliver to my location because it’s “too far.” I mentioned that I’ve received deliveries from them before, to which she rudely replied that she’s the owner and doesn’t authorize deliveries that far, and that the delivery on Saturday only happened because she wasn’t in. I was shocked by how unnecessarily rude and unprofessional she was, especially since I was simply trying to place an order and have always been a loyal customer. I calmly let her know that this is not the way to speak to anyone and ended the call. It’s disappointing to have this kind of interaction with someone representing a business I once enjoyed supporting. I hope the owner reflects on how to treat customers respectfully in the future, as no one deserves to be spoken to in this manner. I love to support local businesses, but only go here if you enjoy being yelled at for trying to give them your business.

We took a huge gamble.. While on the Sunset Limited Amtrak (from New Orleans - passing through El Paso in the afternoon) .. Food in coach was not an option.. So ordered from the restaurant . Called them, placed orders for about 10 of us.. The Awesome thing was they got all the orders right, and they waited for our train (which was running late.) when we finally stopped, they were ready with the packages, we picked them up, paid cash and back on the train - all in 5 mins. The Food was Good. It was priced fairly, and portion sizes just right.. the Salsa had a kick to it :p We were all happy souls once we ate the meal.. turns out this was their first time delivering to a bunch of nomads on a train. God Bless Them

Friendly, very clean, authentic family Mexican food, fluently bilingual and very nice. The pastor taco plate was $7 or $8 and came with chips and a great picante salsa, just the right level of heat for people who like spicy but don't eat raw habañeros, and a cup of a really tasty noodle soup as an appetizer. Everything was seasoned well, not bland or excessive. Homemade tortillas were perfect--right amount of flavor, chew, toasted but still fluffy, didn't fall apart when wet. Mexican rice and beans made it a filling meal. Well worth a stop if you're in the area and looking for a bite, really nice folks that deserve the business and care about their food and customers.

So we come to this restaurant today.... And I guess the old lady who is the owner of this place decides to reprimand one of her servers and rips his order note pad out of his hand right in front of me while he is taking our order.. OBVIOUSLY this lady knows nothing about customer service.. And knows employees should never reprimand her employees in front of customers or close enough to where customers can see or hear what she is telling them.. SO OF COURSE MY FACIAL EXPRESSION WAS ENOUGH TO SHOW HER HOW DISPLEASED I WAS WITH HER BEHAVIOR.. a nd you could tell he was embarrassed.. SO WHEN WE LEFT I LET HER KNOW TO TAKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS CUZ SHE WOULD BENEFIT FROM IT AND LET HER KNOW THAT SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN DOING WHAT SHE DID.. besides food is not that good here and way over priced.. You can get way better food at the bus terminal across the street and better prices and they don't humiliate their employees In front of customers.. WILL NEVER...

The owner lady is super rude not only to customers but to her employees as well. I normally don't leave these kinds of reviews but I have to let people know the reason why I will never eat at this place again nor spend my money here. The lady owner is very abusive Towards her employees and is extremely rude to customers. The food is not all that great and it's overpriced. I don't feel As though the owner should be speaking to people the way that she does, it's not professional And it creates a very hostile environment to eat in. I have never before been belittled so much By anyone in food service than this lady. I have been in multiple times and every time it's the same thing. I keep wanting to make an excuse for the restaurant thinking that maybe she's just in a bad mood but it seems like she's in a bad mood every single day and and I will no longer spend my hard earned money to be treated this way. Please don't spend any money here,...
